高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)調(diào)查

【摘要】:專業(yè)建設(shè)是高校教育的基礎(chǔ)性工作,直接影響該專業(yè)的開辦與人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,是提升高等職業(yè)院校核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵性因素。為了滿足目前茶葉行業(yè)較大的技能型人才缺口,短時間內(nèi)壯大起來的高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)還處于探索性發(fā)展時期,專業(yè)建設(shè)還不夠成熟,思路和方案還不夠完善。各院校高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)良莠不齊的現(xiàn)象為了使高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)的建設(shè)更趨于專業(yè)化、規(guī)范化,本文著力于對高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)開展了較為全面、系統(tǒng)的分析研究。 本研究主要采用調(diào)查研究法和綜合評價法對高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)的4個方面做了詳細(xì)的分析研究:(1)高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)定位及模式;(2)高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)課程體系建立;(3)高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)教學(xué)條件建立;(4)高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生招生與就業(yè)調(diào)查與分析。 通過分析研究表明目前高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)的情況為:(1)茶學(xué)專業(yè)設(shè)置不能具有盲目性茶學(xué)專業(yè)的設(shè)置根據(jù)產(chǎn)茶區(qū)的劃分具有很強(qiáng)的地域性要求;不同的院校對專業(yè)設(shè)置的所屬院系區(qū)別較大;專業(yè)建設(shè)定位、市場分析和工學(xué)結(jié)合皆較為符合專業(yè)的發(fā)展,但是培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的準(zhǔn)確性偏低,仍有改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化的必要性。(2)各院校主干核心課程的設(shè)置差異較大,實(shí)踐課程的教學(xué)需根據(jù)崗位設(shè)置的不同而著重點(diǎn)存在其差異,職業(yè)資格證書的鑒定較為全面,比較符合高等職業(yè)教育的特殊性。教學(xué)模式、課程規(guī)劃、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教材利用、考核評價、教學(xué)資源庫等在綜合評價中評分較低。(3)教師職稱、學(xué)位水平差異較大,普遍偏低;專任教師的師生比只有少數(shù)學(xué)院符合國家教育部規(guī)定的高等職業(yè)教育師生比1:14的范圍,其余均不符合要求;專兼職教師比例較為均衡。兼任教師數(shù)量、職稱水平、學(xué)歷水平、基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)設(shè)備在評分水平中處于中等水平,且得分率是依次逐漸降低的。(4)高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)的招生近年來呈較快增長趨勢,新生報(bào)到情況較為理想,畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況良好。該研究分析結(jié)果為各院校開辦是否擴(kuò)大發(fā)展該專業(yè)的必要性提供依據(jù)。專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的達(dá)標(biāo)水平和職業(yè)技能呈現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢,但是英語能力、計(jì)算機(jī)能力、綜合能力和業(yè)務(wù)素養(yǎng)等還有待于提高。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)為采用綜合評價法分析評估目前高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)中所存在的優(yōu)勢和劣態(tài)。較為詳細(xì)的指出了目前專業(yè)建設(shè)中需要改進(jìn)和提高的細(xì)節(jié),對該專業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供了較為詳盡的切入點(diǎn)。 本文根據(jù)分析研究高等職業(yè)教育類茶學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)的建設(shè)情況,找出目前專業(yè)建設(shè)中存在的較為薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),有助于進(jìn)一步改良該專業(yè)的專業(yè)建設(shè)方案,提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,以適應(yīng)社會和產(chǎn)業(yè)的龐大人才需求。
[Abstract]:Professional construction is the basic work of college education, which directly affects the quality of the professional training and training. It is the key factor to improve the core competitiveness of the higher vocational colleges. In order to meet the gap of skilled talents in the tea industry, the higher vocational education tea and related specialties in a short time have been strengthened. In the period of exploratory development, the professional construction is not mature enough, and the ideas and plans are not perfect. The phenomenon of tea and related specialties in Higher Vocational Education in various colleges and universities is uneven in order to make the construction of Higher Vocational Education tea and related specialties more specialized and standardized. This article focuses on the higher vocational education. A comprehensive and systematic analysis has been carried out in the construction of related disciplines.
This study mainly used investigation and research method and comprehensive evaluation method to make a detailed analysis and Research on 4 aspects of the construction of Higher Vocational Education tea and related specialties: (1) higher vocational education tea and related specialty settings, training orientation and model; (2) higher vocational education class tea and related professional curriculum system; (3) higher education. The establishment of teaching conditions for tea and related majors in vocational education; (4) investigation and analysis of enrollment and employment of graduates majoring in tea and related majors in higher vocational education.
Through the analysis and research, it is shown that the present situation of the construction of Higher Vocational Education tea and related specialties are as follows: (1) the setting of tea speciality can not have a strong regional requirement according to the division of tea producing area; the different colleges and universities have great differences in the specialty set up; the professional construction is located, the market is the market. The combination of analysis and engineering is more in line with professional development, but the accuracy of the training target is low, and it is still necessary to improve and optimize. (2) there are great differences in the setting of core courses in the main colleges and universities. The teaching of practical courses needs to be different according to the different position of the post, and the identification of vocational qualification certificates is more comprehensive and more comprehensive. It is more in line with the particularity of higher vocational education. Teaching mode, curriculum planning, curriculum standard, teaching material utilization, assessment and evaluation, teaching resource base are lower in comprehensive evaluation. (3) the professional title of teachers, the degree level difference is large, generally low; only a few colleges and students of the full-time teachers are in line with the higher vocational education stipulated by the Ministry of education of the state. Teachers and students did not meet the requirements of 1:14. The proportion of full-time and part-time teachers was more balanced. The number of teachers, professional title level, educational level, basic teaching equipment were in the middle level, and the score rate was gradually decreasing. (4) higher vocational education and related majors enrollment in recent years has been faster. The results of the study are based on the necessity of expanding the development of the major. The quality of professional talent is superior to the standard and professional skills, but the English ability, computer ability, comprehensive ability and Business Literacy, etc. It is still to be improved.
The innovation point of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the advantages and inferiority of the present higher vocational education and related specialty construction by using the comprehensive evaluation method. The details of the improvement and improvement in the current professional construction are pointed out in detail, and the further development of the specialty is provided in detail.
Based on the analysis and study of the construction of higher vocational education and related specialties, this paper finds out the weak links in the current professional construction, which will help to further improve the professional construction plan and improve the quality of talent training so as to meet the needs of the huge talents in the society and industry.
