【摘要】:校訓(xùn)是一個(gè)學(xué)校的靈魂,體現(xiàn)了一所學(xué)校的辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng),代表著校園文化和教育理念,是人文精神的高度凝練,是學(xué)校歷史和文化的積淀,是廣大師生共同遵守的基本行為準(zhǔn)則與道德規(guī)范,也是一所學(xué)校教風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)、校風(fēng)的集中表現(xiàn)。隨著國家對職業(yè)教育的重視,職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展越來越受到關(guān)注,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校訓(xùn)的建設(shè)的重要性和必要性及育人作用對提高職業(yè)學(xué)校的核心競爭力、職業(yè)學(xué)校品牌建設(shè)的重要意義越來越受到重視。如何構(gòu)建校訓(xùn)并使其體現(xiàn)出一所學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念和辦學(xué)宗旨,尤其是如何發(fā)揮中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校訓(xùn)的育人作用,是當(dāng)代所有的中職學(xué)校面臨的一個(gè)共同挑戰(zhàn)與難題。無論國內(nèi)還是國外,對大學(xué)校訓(xùn)的研究很多,如大學(xué)校訓(xùn)的價(jià)值取向、德育功能、文化蘊(yùn)涵等,但對中職學(xué)校校訓(xùn)的研究很少。隨著國家對職業(yè)教育重視程度的加深,探討中職校訓(xùn)建設(shè)及其在教育教學(xué)中的作用,提高中職學(xué)校辦學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量已是刻不容緩。查閱古今中外的校訓(xùn),尤其高等院校的校訓(xùn),不難看出他們形式多樣,各具特色,但近年來,校訓(xùn)多停留在口頭層面,真正能做到讓校訓(xùn)在校園文化建設(shè)的時(shí)間中發(fā)揮舉足輕重的作用的學(xué)校,尤其是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校并不多見。雖然國內(nèi)學(xué)者對大學(xué)校訓(xùn)有很多研究,但卻很少有針對中職學(xué)校校訓(xùn)的系統(tǒng)研究。論文嘗試在對相關(guān)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行比較充分綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、因素分析法、個(gè)案法、比較法和歸納法,試圖從概念、構(gòu)建、實(shí)踐及案例等方面對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析研究,并以威海藝校為例分析校訓(xùn)在中職學(xué)校教育教學(xué)中所扮演的重要角色,旨在使中職教育界更好地了解校訓(xùn)的重要性,討論如何從校訓(xùn)的角度入手,提高中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,提高中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的核心競爭力,培養(yǎng)合格人才,對職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展起到一定的推進(jìn)作用。 全文共分為五部分。第一部分為導(dǎo)論,提出本文的研究問題并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文的研究設(shè)計(jì)。第二部分為校訓(xùn)的概念解析,主要從校訓(xùn)與辦學(xué)理念、校訓(xùn)與辦學(xué)宗旨、校訓(xùn)與學(xué)校文化、校訓(xùn)與學(xué)校精神等方面對校訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了內(nèi)涵和外延的界定。第三部分為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校訓(xùn)的構(gòu)建,主要是從來源、原則、影響等角度切入,著重分析如何構(gòu)建合理有效的中職校訓(xùn)。第四部分為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐,從教師、學(xué)生和活動(dòng)三方面闡述了如何把校訓(xùn)與學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐緊密聯(lián)系在一起,并以山東省威海藝術(shù)學(xué)校的校訓(xùn)“孝順父母,,認(rèn)字識數(shù),守住自己,平靜心態(tài)”為個(gè)案展開陳述和分析。第五部分為結(jié)論與啟示,總結(jié)威海藝校校訓(xùn)的啟示,并提出了本文可能的后續(xù)研究。
[Abstract]:School motto is the soul of a school, embodies the tradition of running a school, represents the campus culture and educational concept, is a highly condensed humanistic spirit, and is the accumulation of school history and culture. It is the basic code of conduct and moral standard that teachers and students abide by, and it is also a concentrated expression of school style, style of study and school spirit. With the national attention to vocational education, more and more attention has been paid to the development of vocational education. The importance and necessity of the construction of the school motto of secondary vocational schools and the role of educating people to improve the core competitiveness of vocational schools. More and more attention has been paid to the importance of brand building in vocational schools. How to construct the school motto and make it reflect the idea and aim of running a school, especially how to give full play to the educational function of the school motto of the secondary vocational school, is a common challenge and difficult problem that all the secondary vocational schools are facing. Whether at home or abroad, there are a lot of researches on the university motto, such as the value orientation of the university motto, the function of moral education, the cultural implication and so on, but the research on the school motto of the secondary vocational school is rare. With the deepening of national attention to vocational education, it is urgent to probe into the construction of secondary vocational school motto and its role in education and teaching, and to improve the level and quality of secondary vocational school. It is not difficult to see that the school motto of ancient, modern and foreign countries, especially the motto of colleges and universities, is diverse and has its own characteristics. But in recent years, the school motto has remained mostly at the oral level. It is rare for schools, especially secondary vocational schools, to play an important role in the construction of campus culture. Although domestic scholars have a lot of research on university motto, there are few systematic studies on secondary vocational school motto. On the basis of a full review of the relevant literature, the paper tries to use the literature method, factor analysis method, case method, comparative method and induction method to try to construct from the concept. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the school motto of secondary vocational school from the aspects of practice and case study, and takes Weihai Art School as an example to analyze the important role of school motto in secondary vocational school education and teaching. The purpose of this paper is to make the secondary vocational education circles better understand the importance of the school motto, and to discuss how to improve the quality of the secondary vocational school, improve the core competitiveness of the secondary vocational school, and train qualified personnel from the perspective of the school motto. To the development of vocational education plays a certain role in promoting. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, put forward the research problems of this paper and summarize the relevant literature at home and abroad, and on this basis, put forward the research design of this paper. The second part is the analysis of the concept of school motto, mainly from the school motto and school philosophy, school motto and school purpose, school motto and school culture, school motto and school spirit and other aspects of the connotation and extension of the definition of school motto. The third part is the construction of secondary vocational school motto, mainly from the sources, principles, impact and other angles, focusing on how to build a reasonable and effective secondary vocational school motto. The fourth part is the practice of the school motto of secondary vocational school. From three aspects of teachers, students and activities, it expounds how to closely link the school motto with the teaching practice of the school, and regard the school motto of Weihai Art School of Shandong Province as "filial piety to parents". Recognize the number, hold on to yourself, calm the mind "for the case statement and analysis." The fifth part is the conclusion and enlightenment, summarizes the enlightenment of Weihai Art School, and puts forward the possible follow-up study of this paper.
