中職衛(wèi)生類專業(yè)實習(xí)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對策研究

【摘要】:衛(wèi)生體制改革的深化,包括衛(wèi)生服務(wù)模式的改革、服務(wù)體系的調(diào)整、醫(yī)療保障制度的完善和社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的加強,對醫(yī)學(xué)教育及其人才培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求。衛(wèi)生職業(yè)教育作為醫(yī)學(xué)教育的重要組成部分,在國家對職業(yè)教育日益重視的大背景下,既迎來空前發(fā)展機遇,又面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。中職衛(wèi)生類專業(yè)的實踐性特別強,實踐教學(xué)尤其是實習(xí)教學(xué)是人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本研究選取惠州衛(wèi)生職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院中職部的5個衛(wèi)生類專業(yè)(護理、助產(chǎn)、藥學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗、康復(fù))3屆學(xué)生和教學(xué)醫(yī)院帶教老師為對象,采用自編的“學(xué)生實習(xí)教學(xué)問卷調(diào)查表”、“教學(xué)醫(yī)院帶教老師實習(xí)教學(xué)情況問卷調(diào)查表”進行問卷調(diào)查。對回收的3318份實習(xí)生問卷和189份帶教老師問卷分析結(jié)果表明:(1)86.9%學(xué)生對實習(xí)前準備動員比較滿意,60.1%學(xué)生明確實習(xí)目的和要求;75.4%學(xué)生認為實習(xí)醫(yī)院制定了實習(xí)計劃與大綱,78.0%的同學(xué)得到帶教老師的悉心指導(dǎo),92.3%的學(xué)生最喜歡實習(xí)單位的指導(dǎo)老師。(2)93.2%學(xué)生認可目前“2+1”人才培養(yǎng)模式,85.5%學(xué)生認為實習(xí)崗位要與專業(yè)吻合,94.7%學(xué)生認為10個月的實習(xí)將為自己的能力培養(yǎng)和就業(yè)帶來正能量;同時,在實習(xí)過程中學(xué)生能夠得到班主任的關(guān)心和及時幫助,實習(xí)單位帶教老師能詳細講解遇到的問題;實習(xí)基地建設(shè)情況、帶教老師和學(xué)校老師的管理及實習(xí)生對實習(xí)的重視程度是影響實習(xí)教學(xué)效果最為重要的因素。但是,僅51.3%學(xué)生對實踐教學(xué)總體評價滿意,57.9%實習(xí)生不太明確或不明確實習(xí)成績考核評定的組成和方法。(3)91.2㳠帶教老師對實習(xí)生的表現(xiàn)非常認可與滿意;93.4%帶教老師明確實習(xí)目的與要求;80.6㳠的帶教老師制定了帶教計劃,如助產(chǎn)專業(yè)在產(chǎn)科實習(xí)時,帶教老師就制定了具體實習(xí)內(nèi)容與時間安排,技能掌握要求以及出科考核;帶教老師認為實習(xí)生最需要培養(yǎng)的能力依次是分析和解決問題的能力、自學(xué)能力、動手實踐和操作能力和溝通表達能力。但是67.7%帶教老師不太明確實習(xí)生成績評定的組成和方法。訪談中還發(fā)現(xiàn)校內(nèi)教學(xué)與實踐教學(xué)不夠緊密,實習(xí)前需進一步強化實操訓(xùn)練,校園文化建設(shè)對實習(xí)實踐工作支持不夠等。針對實習(xí)教學(xué)中存在的問題,建議:一是拓展校園文化建設(shè),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合素養(yǎng);二是加強校內(nèi)教學(xué)與實習(xí)教學(xué)的銜接;三是進一步完善實習(xí)評價制度與考核方法;四是進一步加強實訓(xùn)實操、增設(shè)小班教學(xué);五是進一步增強教學(xué)醫(yī)院帶教醫(yī)務(wù)工作者的主動帶教意識;六是進一步優(yōu)化師資隊伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The deepening of the health system reform, including the reform of the health service mode, the adjustment of the service system, the improvement of the medical security system and the strengthening of the community health service, put forward higher requirements for medical education and personnel training. As an important part of medical education, health vocational education is facing both unprecedented development opportunities and great challenges under the background that the country increasingly attaches importance to vocational education. Practice teaching, especially practice teaching, is an important link in the quality of personnel training. In this study, 5 health majors (nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, medical examination and rehabilitation) were selected from Huizhou Health Vocational and Technical College. The questionnaire of students' practice teaching and the questionnaire of teaching practice of teachers in teaching hospitals were used to carry out the questionnaire. The analysis of 3318 intern questionnaires and 189 tutoring teachers' questionnaires showed that 86.9% of the students were satisfied with the mobilization before practice. 60.1% of the students were satisfied with the intention and requirement of the internship. 75.4% of the students thought that the practice plan and the practice plan had been drawn up by the internship hospital. 78.0% of students receive careful guidance from teachers. 92.3% of students like practice units most. 93.2% of students approve of the current "21" talent training model. 85.5% of students think that internship posts should be in line with their major. 94.7% of students think that the internship position should be consistent with that of the major, that is, 94.7% of the students think that the current "21" talent training model should be adopted by 85.5% of the students. A 10-month internship will bring positive energy to your ability development and employment. At the same time, during the internship process, the middle school students can get the care and timely help of the teacher in charge of the class, and the practice units and teachers can explain in detail the problems encountered; the situation of the construction of the internship base, The management of teachers and school teachers and the importance attached by interns to practice are the most important factors affecting the effectiveness of practical teaching. However, only 51.3% of the students are satisfied with the overall evaluation of practical teaching. 57.9% of the interns are not clear or clear about the composition and method of the assessment of practice achievement. Teachers are very approbable and satisfied with the performance of interns. 93.4% of teachers are clear about the purpose and requirements of practice. For example, when midwifery majors practice in obstetrics, they make specific practice content and time arrangement, skill mastery requirements and examination; The teachers think that the most important skills that interns need to cultivate are the ability to analyze and solve problems, the ability of self-study, the ability of practice and operation, and the ability of communication and expression. However, 67.7% of the teachers were not clear about the composition and method of the evaluation of intern scores. The interview also found that the campus teaching and practice teaching is not close enough, the practice training should be further strengthened before the practice, and the campus culture construction is not enough to support the practice work, etc. In view of the problems existing in the practice teaching, some suggestions are put forward: first, to expand the campus culture construction and cultivate the students' comprehensive accomplishment; second, to strengthen the connection between teaching and practice teaching; third, to further improve the practice evaluation system and assessment method; The fourth is to further strengthen practical training, to create small class teaching; five is to further strengthen the teaching hospital teaching medical workers' awareness of active teaching; sixthly, to further optimize the construction of teachers.
