高職院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,對(duì)美國、日本、英國、德國等發(fā)達(dá)國家產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的模式進(jìn)行比較分析,并且研究了我國高職院校產(chǎn)學(xué)合作教育的現(xiàn)狀。特別研究了我國現(xiàn)行的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的主要模式,分析比較了更為適合我國國情和高職院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展的一些方法,如,校企合作、校內(nèi)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)、訂單式人才培養(yǎng)模式,并加以說明。此外,本文還通過問卷調(diào)查的方法,針對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古的四所高職院校的學(xué)生展開問卷調(diào)查,較為真實(shí)的反映了目前高職院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育的現(xiàn)狀。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)高職院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的方式比較單一,仍以校外實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地為主要合作方式,合作成果也不盡如人意。 筆者認(rèn)為,許多學(xué)校以考試為指揮棒,致使課堂教學(xué)偏離了職業(yè)教育的目的,課程設(shè)置重理論,輕實(shí)踐,忽略了綜合素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)。學(xué)校的課程設(shè)置應(yīng)更加符合企業(yè)的用人需求,應(yīng)多加強(qiáng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐方面的鍛煉,讓學(xué)生在做中學(xué),學(xué)中做,這樣不僅可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)也可以提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力。我國的高職院校在人才培養(yǎng)過程中應(yīng)該因地制宜,靈活多樣,并使培養(yǎng)出的學(xué)生更符合社會(huì)對(duì)人力資源的需求。科研成果的利用率有待進(jìn)一步提高,現(xiàn)在很多科研成果并沒能被有效利用,造成了人力、物力資源的浪費(fèi)。另外,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作各方之間的溝通,使合作真正落到實(shí)處,同時(shí)也應(yīng)加快科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,切實(shí)為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造利益,而學(xué)校也可從中受益。 本文力圖通過調(diào)查分析,研究我國高職院校在產(chǎn)學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式中存在的問題及原因,借鑒國外產(chǎn)學(xué)結(jié)合模式的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出解決問題的建議,為高等職業(yè)教育的改革與發(fā)展提供現(xiàn)實(shí)的理論支撐和思想,為今后進(jìn)一步開展研究工作打下基礎(chǔ)。這些建議對(duì)于促進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author makes a comparative analysis of the cooperative education models in developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Britain, Germany and other developed countries by using the method of literature research, and studies the present situation of industrial and academic cooperation education in higher vocational colleges in China. In particular, this paper studies the main modes of cooperation between industry, college and research in our country, analyzes and compares some methods that are more suitable for the development of industry, education and research in higher vocational colleges and universities, such as the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the construction of practical training bases in schools, Order type talent training model, and to explain. In addition, this paper also through the method of questionnaire, aimed at four higher vocational college students in Inner Mongolia to carry out a questionnaire survey, a more real reflection of the current situation of production, college and research cooperation education in higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation, it is found that the combination of production, learning and research in higher vocational colleges is relatively single, and the main mode of cooperation is the practice and training base outside the school, and the results of cooperation are not satisfactory. The author thinks that many schools take the examination as the baton, which makes the classroom teaching deviate from the purpose of vocational education. The curriculum lays stress on the theory, neglects the practice, and neglects the cultivation of comprehensive quality and innovation ability. The curriculum design of the school should be more in line with the needs of the enterprise, strengthen the practice of the students, let the students learn and learn to do, not only cultivate the students' comprehensive quality, but also improve the students' innovation ability. In the process of talent training, higher vocational colleges in our country should adapt to local conditions, be flexible and diverse, and make the students meet the needs of human resources. The utilization rate of scientific research results needs to be further improved, and many scientific research achievements have not been effectively utilized, resulting in a waste of human and material resources. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the communication between all parties in the cooperation between industry, college and research so as to make the cooperation come true, at the same time, we should speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and create benefits for enterprises, and schools can also benefit from it. Through investigation and analysis, this paper tries to study the existing problems and reasons in the mode of talents training in the combination of production and learning in higher vocational colleges of our country, draw lessons from the advantages of the mode of combination of production and study abroad, and put forward some suggestions to solve the problems. It provides practical theoretical support and ideas for the reform and development of higher vocational education and lays a foundation for further research work in the future. These suggestions have important practical significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education.
