高職院校以學(xué)生為本位的教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系探析

【摘要】:高職院校教育重點(diǎn)是,培養(yǎng)高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用型專門(mén)人才,為生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理第一線服務(wù),已成高等教育的重要組成部分。受高校擴(kuò)招的影響,高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題引起廣泛關(guān)注,且成為一項(xiàng)急需解決的重要任務(wù)。而教學(xué)質(zhì)量能否提高,關(guān)鍵在于監(jiān)控方式。因此,我國(guó)高職院校急需建立一套有效的教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系,既能利用好辦學(xué)資源,又能體現(xiàn)高職教育特色,有力地推動(dòng)高職院校的持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展,為全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。 本文從分析我國(guó)高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控現(xiàn)狀入手,指出存在的問(wèn)題及其形成原因。進(jìn)而提出監(jiān)控體系的構(gòu)建方法,全面論述體系要素之間的關(guān)系,包括監(jiān)控管理與監(jiān)控信息之間、監(jiān)控信息與監(jiān)控督導(dǎo)之間、監(jiān)控督導(dǎo)與監(jiān)控評(píng)價(jià)之間的關(guān)系。特別是結(jié)合九江職業(yè)大學(xué)實(shí)際情況,穿插了一些教育管理理念的論述,如科學(xué)主義、以人為本和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等。同時(shí),思考了監(jiān)控體系的保障系統(tǒng)作用。 本文認(rèn)為,高職院校教育要取得成功,關(guān)鍵是體現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育特色;而實(shí)現(xiàn)高職教育特色,關(guān)鍵要有一套完善的教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系。高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系中的監(jiān)控管理、監(jiān)控信息、監(jiān)控督導(dǎo)、監(jiān)控評(píng)價(jià)等要素各要素的系統(tǒng)性、統(tǒng)一性、有機(jī)性,是監(jiān)控體系良好運(yùn)行的重要環(huán)節(jié)。同時(shí),體系外因素也是制約監(jiān)控體系運(yùn)行的重要因素。
[Abstract]:The emphasis of higher vocational education is to cultivate specialized talents of higher technical application, for production, construction and management of the first line of service, which has become an important part of higher education. Under the influence of college enrollment expansion, the problem of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges has aroused widespread concern and has become an important task to be solved urgently. The key to improve the quality of teaching is to improve the quality of teaching. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges in China are in urgent need of establishing an effective teaching quality monitoring system, which can not only make use of the resources of the school, but also embody the characteristics of higher vocational education, and promote the continuous and healthy development of the higher vocational colleges, and make a positive contribution to the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way and the realization of the "Chinese dream".
Starting with the analysis of the current situation of teaching quality monitoring in Higher Vocational Colleges in China, this paper points out the existing problems and the reasons for its formation, and then puts forward the construction method of the monitoring system, comprehensively discusses the relationship between the elements of the system, including the monitoring management and monitoring information, between monitoring information and supervision and supervision, and between monitoring supervision and monitoring and evaluation. In particular, combining with the actual situation of Jiujiang Vocational University, some ideas of educational management, such as scientism, people-oriented and sustainable development, have been interspersed. At the same time, the role of the safeguards system of the monitoring system is considered.
This paper holds that the key to the success of higher vocational education is to embody the characteristics of vocational education, and the key to realizing the characteristics of higher vocational education is to have a set of perfect teaching quality monitoring system. The system and unity of the monitoring management, monitoring information, supervision and supervision, monitoring and evaluation and so on in the teaching quality monitoring system of higher vocational colleges. The organic character is an important part of the good operation of the monitoring system. At the same time, the external factors of the system are also important factors restricting the operation of the monitoring system.
