【摘要】：隨著我國工業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，高等職業(yè)教育在推進(jìn)我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、改善人們生活質(zhì)量以及普及高等教育方面做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展促使高等職業(yè)教育進(jìn)一步提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量，以滿足社會(huì)和企事業(yè)單位的要求。高等職業(yè)教育目前的重點(diǎn)主要是面向企業(yè)，培養(yǎng)從事與生產(chǎn)過程、流通、管理和服務(wù)等直接有關(guān)的一線技術(shù)工作人才，這與高等職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)相一致。而人才的培養(yǎng)離不開教師的教育，高等職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)也對(duì)高職院校的教師提出了要求，建立一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍成為高職院校建設(shè)特色專業(yè)、培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生以提高綜合競爭力的重要工作內(nèi)容。 本研究通過對(duì)高等職業(yè)院校F校師資隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析，指出該校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面存在的問題，解釋這些問題存在的原因，并結(jié)合高等職業(yè)教育的基本特點(diǎn)、基本屬性，根據(jù)目前產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的方向和高等職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，借鑒德國、美國、法國、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家職業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的管理模式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為F校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出可行性建議，促進(jìn)F校師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)，保障教育質(zhì)量，提高教育水平，推動(dòng)高等職業(yè)教育的健康發(fā)展。據(jù)此提出本研究的理論框架： 第一章緒論。主要闡述研究問題的提出，研究意義，國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，研究目的和內(nèi)容，研究視角和方法，，并對(duì)主要概念進(jìn)行界定。 第二章高職院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的政策研究。本章主要針對(duì)高職院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)相關(guān)的政策進(jìn)行研究，特別是對(duì)加強(qiáng)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)教師專業(yè)化建設(shè)的政策進(jìn)行分析研究。 第三章國外高等職業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)分析。通過分析國外高職院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)，總結(jié)對(duì)我國高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的啟示。 第四章F校高職師資隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀分析。在問卷調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上，分析F校師資隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀，指出目前該校存在的基本問題。 第五章F校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的建議與措施。結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析，針對(duì)F校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面存在的問題，提出切實(shí)可行的建議：樹立先進(jìn)的師資管理理念；深化人事制度改革；建設(shè)職稱評(píng)定體系與科學(xué)薪酬分配制度；加強(qiáng)“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；加強(qiáng)兼職教師與實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)教師管理以及促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是從學(xué)校層面上提出了一些具體措施，強(qiáng)調(diào)要建設(shè)一支專業(yè)化水平高的師資隊(duì)伍，不僅需要教師自身的努力，更需要學(xué)校制定相關(guān)政策，加大培訓(xùn)力度，建立較為完善的高職專兼職教師職稱評(píng)審制度，特別是一些企業(yè)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員在高職院校兼職的師資評(píng)審聘問題等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's industry and modern service industry, higher vocational education has made important contributions in promoting regional economic development, improving people's quality of life and popularizing higher education. The rapid development of social economy urges higher vocational education to further improve the quality of talent training in order to meet the needs of society and enterprises and institutions. At present, the emphasis of higher vocational education is mainly on facing enterprises and cultivating technical personnel who are directly related to production process, circulation, management and service, which is consistent with the training goal of higher vocational education. The cultivation of talents can not be separated from the education of teachers, and the training goal of higher vocational education has put forward the requirements for teachers in higher vocational colleges, and the establishment of a high level of teachers has become a characteristic specialty in the construction of higher vocational colleges. Training excellent students to improve the overall competitiveness of the important work content. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of F school teachers in higher vocational colleges, this study points out the problems existing in the construction of this school's teaching staff, explains the reasons for these problems, and combines with the basic characteristics of higher vocational education. The basic attributes, according to the direction of industrial structure adjustment and the training goal of higher vocational education at present, learn from the management mode and experience of vocational education teachers construction in developed countries such as Germany, the United States, France, Japan, etc. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the construction of F school teachers, promotes the construction of F school teachers, guarantees the quality of education, raises the level of education, and promotes the healthy development of higher vocational education. Accordingly, the theoretical framework of this study is proposed: The first chapter is introduction. This paper mainly expounds the proposition of research problems, the significance of research, the present situation of research at home and abroad, the purpose and content of research, the perspective and method of research, and defines the main concepts. The second chapter is the policy research on the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. This chapter mainly focuses on the related policies of teachers' construction in higher vocational colleges, especially on the policy of strengthening the construction of "double qualified" teachers, strengthening the construction of part-time teachers and strengthening the construction of teachers' specialization. The third chapter analyzes the construction of foreign teachers in higher vocational education. By analyzing the characteristics of teachers' construction in foreign higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper sums up the enlightenment to the construction of teachers' ranks in higher vocational and technical colleges and universities in China. Chapter IV: analysis of the present situation of higher vocational teachers in F school. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of F school teachers, and points out the basic problems existing in this school. Chapter V: suggestions and measures for the construction of teaching staff in F school. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for the construction of F school teachers: establishing advanced management concept of teachers, deepening the reform of personnel system, constructing the professional title evaluation system and scientific salary distribution system; We should strengthen the construction of "double teachers", strengthen the management of part-time teachers and experimental teachers, and promote the professional development of teachers. The innovation of this paper is to put forward some concrete measures from the school level, emphasizing that to build a team of teachers with high professional level, not only need the efforts of teachers themselves, but also need schools to formulate relevant policies and strengthen training. It is necessary to establish a perfect evaluation system of the professional titles of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, especially on the evaluation and employment of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities by some professional and technical personnel of enterprises.
