【摘要】：從本世紀(jì)初以來,我國的高等職業(yè)學(xué)院得到了快速的發(fā)展,高職院校已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育重要的組成部分,隨著高職院校的發(fā)展壯大,高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍也正在經(jīng)歷著不斷完善的過程,如何把輔導(dǎo)員工作從繁瑣的事物管理中解救出來,往職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化、專家化的道路上發(fā)展,筆者提出了新的輔導(dǎo)員工作模式——輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化。另外,隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展、進(jìn)步,社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求也越來越高,主要體現(xiàn)在從原來注重人才的專業(yè)能力到現(xiàn)在注重人才的綜合能力,這對(duì)高職院校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生提出了新的要求:既要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)能力,即“硬實(shí)力”,又要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的“軟實(shí)力”,從而達(dá)到學(xué)生綜合能力的提升。輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化在創(chuàng)新輔導(dǎo)員工作模式的同時(shí),也增加了高職學(xué)生“軟實(shí)力”培養(yǎng)的新途徑,達(dá)到了老師和學(xué)生的“雙贏”。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)綜述法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法和問卷調(diào)查法等科學(xué)方法,對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化進(jìn)行了深入的研究。通過對(duì)高等職業(yè)院校輔導(dǎo)員工作的現(xiàn)狀、高等職業(yè)院校學(xué)生“軟實(shí)力”培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀以及高等職業(yè)院校輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的現(xiàn)狀的深入研究和調(diào)查,提煉出輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化中存在的問題,分析了高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)施輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的必要性和可行性,并提出了完善輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的對(duì)策。文章共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,文章的引言,主要介紹了研究背景、研究意義、研究思路、內(nèi)容和方法等,闡述了關(guān)于高職院校輔導(dǎo)員工作、高職院校輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化以及高職院校“軟實(shí)力“培養(yǎng)等三個(gè)方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,將本文的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,最后闡述了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分,通過訪談?wù){(diào)查法和問卷調(diào)查法,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分,提出輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的必要性、可行性。分析輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的特征。第四部分,根據(jù)以上分析,提出完善輔導(dǎo)員工作課程化的對(duì)策。從課程定位、課程結(jié)構(gòu)、課程內(nèi)容、師資建設(shè)、教學(xué)方式、評(píng)價(jià)體系、保障措施八個(gè)方面,對(duì)課程體系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this century, higher vocational colleges in our country have been developing rapidly. Higher vocational colleges have become an important part of higher education in our country. With the development of higher vocational colleges, The team of counselors in higher vocational colleges is also undergoing a process of continuous improvement. How to save the work of counsellors from the tedious management, and develop on the road of professionalization and specialization, The author puts forward a new work model of counselors, that is, the curriculum of counselors' work. In addition, with the continuous development and progress of the society, the demand for talents in the society has become higher and higher, mainly reflected in the focus on the professional ability of talents to the comprehensive ability of talents. This puts forward new requirements for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' professional ability, that is, "hard power" and "soft power", so as to improve students' comprehensive ability. The curriculum of counselors' work not only innovates the work mode of counselors, but also increases the new way of cultivating "soft power" for students in higher vocational colleges, and achieves the "win-win situation" between teachers and students. In this paper, the scientific methods of literature review, interview investigation and questionnaire survey are used to deeply study the curriculum of counselors' work. Through the research and investigation on the status quo of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges, the cultivation of "soft power" of students in higher vocational colleges and the curriculum of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges, This paper abstracts the problems existing in the course of counselors' work, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the curriculum of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the curriculum of counselors' work. The article is divided into four parts: the first part, the introduction of the article, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas, content and methods, etc. This paper defines the related concepts of this paper and expounds the innovative points of this paper in three aspects: the curriculum of counselors' work in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of "soft power" in higher vocational colleges. The second part, through the interview investigation and the questionnaire method, carries on the data statistical analysis counselor work curriculum present situation. The third part, put forward the necessity and feasibility of counselors' work curriculum. Analyze the characteristics of counselors' work curriculum. The fourth part, according to the above analysis, puts forward the countermeasure to perfect the counsellor work curriculum. This paper systematically expounds the curriculum system from the aspects of curriculum orientation, curriculum structure, curriculum content, teachers' construction, teaching methods, evaluation system and safeguard measures.
