高職學(xué)生發(fā)展之問題解析與學(xué)生工作變革——基于PPCT模型的視角

【摘要】:從人類發(fā)展生物生態(tài)學(xué)模型(PPCT)的視角進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),成長環(huán)境不利于學(xué)生長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,學(xué)生自身缺乏主動意識,周期性的成長活動尚未形成等原因,導(dǎo)致高職學(xué)生發(fā)展?fàn)顩r欠佳。為此要對學(xué)生工作進(jìn)行變革,以學(xué)生成長需要為切入口,通過設(shè)計符合高職學(xué)生特點的學(xué)習(xí)和實踐活動,滿足其成長需要,由內(nèi)而外地激發(fā)學(xué)生發(fā)展動力,自下而上地搭建學(xué)生發(fā)展平臺,以達(dá)到提升學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of PPCT, it is found that the growth environment is not conducive to the long-term development of students, the students themselves lack of active consciousness, the periodic growth activities have not been formed, and so on, which leads to the poor development of higher vocational students. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the student work, take the students' growth needs as the entry point, design the learning and practical activities that accord with the characteristics of the students in higher vocational education, meet their growing needs, and stimulate the students' development motivation from the inside to the outside. Build up students' development platform from bottom to top to achieve the goal of improving students' comprehensive quality.
