奧迪職業(yè)教育項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),由于我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育一直存在重理論輕實(shí)踐的局面,使得很多畢業(yè)生無(wú)法達(dá)到專業(yè)技術(shù)人員應(yīng)有的能力和素質(zhì)。很多學(xué)生在就業(yè)后,還要從頭學(xué)起,增加實(shí)踐能力,以滿足生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的需要。汽車企業(yè)的經(jīng)銷商群體,作為生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的一部分,對(duì)于從事售后維修服務(wù)的技術(shù)人員需求一直在不斷增。由于經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)性質(zhì)的原因,更關(guān)注與短期效益,因此對(duì)于人才的培養(yǎng)缺少系統(tǒng)、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的規(guī)劃。經(jīng)銷商更希望直接獲得具備良好技能和素質(zhì)的成熟人才,具備一定的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠在短時(shí)間內(nèi)給經(jīng)銷商帶來(lái)回報(bào),并盡量減少在人才培養(yǎng)上的成本投入。而符合這種期望的員工,只能依靠社會(huì)招聘獲得,而目前高等職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)的學(xué)生還無(wú)法滿足這部分企業(yè)的需求。同時(shí),隨著經(jīng)銷商對(duì)于人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,社會(huì)招聘的可用資源愈加匱乏,經(jīng)銷商更多的還是寄希望與高等職業(yè)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)的人才。 一汽-大眾汽車有限公司作為德國(guó)大眾集團(tuán)和中國(guó)一汽集團(tuán)的合資公司,在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)取得了巨大的成功,其中奧迪品牌一直是中國(guó)市場(chǎng)高檔豪華轎車的領(lǐng)軍者。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)奧迪品牌在中國(guó)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和領(lǐng)先的市場(chǎng)地位,經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)正在飛速擴(kuò)張,而經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)張的背后,是對(duì)售后維修人員的巨大需求。并且這種人員的需求,不僅僅體現(xiàn)在數(shù)量上,更體現(xiàn)在人員的素質(zhì)和能力上。為此,一汽-大眾奧迪銷售事業(yè)部計(jì)劃通過(guò)開展“奧迪職業(yè)教育”項(xiàng)目,與優(yōu)秀的職業(yè)高校合作,共同培養(yǎng)符合奧迪服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)秀人才,為經(jīng)銷商的人員發(fā)展提供人力資源的支持。 基于奧迪銷售事業(yè)部對(duì)于校企合作的項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃,為了保證項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施,本文從企業(yè)的視角,利用項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí),,對(duì)于“奧迪職業(yè)教育”項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃,從4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述和分析。第一,闡述目前國(guó)家對(duì)于校企合作的指導(dǎo)思想,詳細(xì)分析行業(yè)內(nèi)校企合作模式比較成熟的品牌以及他們的運(yùn)作方式,以此確定奧迪銷售事業(yè)部職業(yè)教育項(xiàng)目所處的政策環(huán)境和行業(yè)水平;第二,結(jié)合奧迪銷售事業(yè)部未來(lái)經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展和人員需求,分析奧迪職業(yè)教育項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)及項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值,以項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,需要在項(xiàng)目開展過(guò)程中,如何進(jìn)行學(xué)校的選擇、建設(shè)等工作,以便能夠完成校企合作的目的;第三,基于奧迪品牌的特點(diǎn),闡述了奧迪職業(yè)教育項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的主要內(nèi)容,對(duì)于項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃中的每項(xiàng)工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析研究,特別是對(duì)于項(xiàng)目成本進(jìn)行了分析,確保項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃具備較高的投資價(jià)值;第四,為了保證奧迪職業(yè)教育項(xiàng)目能夠順利開展,文章從項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目溝通方式、項(xiàng)目考核制度三個(gè)方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目的保障措施進(jìn)行了闡述與分析,確保項(xiàng)目在未來(lái)的持續(xù)實(shí)施中能夠獲得成功。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to the fact that higher vocational education in our country has always attached great importance to theory and practice, many graduates have been unable to achieve the required abilities and qualities of professional and technical personnel. After employment, many students have to learn from scratch to increase their practical ability to meet the needs of production enterprises. As a part of manufacturing enterprises, the dealer group of automobile enterprises has been increasing the demand for technical personnel engaged in after-sales maintenance services. Because of the nature of dealer enterprises, more attention and short-term benefits, so the lack of talent training system, long-term planning. Dealers also want to directly obtain mature talents with good skills and qualities, have certain working experience, can bring returns to dealers in a short period of time, and reduce the cost of personnel training as far as possible. Employees who meet this expectation can only rely on social recruitment, but at present the graduates of higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of this part of the enterprise. At the same time, with the aggravation of competition for talents by dealers, the available resources for social recruitment are increasingly scarce, and dealers are more hopeful of cultivating talents with higher vocational schools. FAW-VW Motor Co., a joint venture between Volkswagen Group of Germany and FAW Group of China, has achieved great success in the Chinese market, in which the Audi brand has been the leader of luxury cars in the Chinese market. In order to achieve the Audi brand's sustained growth in China and the leading market position, the dealer network is expanding rapidly, and behind the expansion of the dealer network, there is a huge demand for after-sales maintenance personnel. And this kind of personnel demand, not only reflected in the number, but also reflected in the quality and ability of personnel. To this end, FAW-Volkswagen Audi sales Division plans to carry out "Audi Vocational Education" project, and work with outstanding vocational colleges and universities to jointly train outstanding personnel in accordance with Audi service standards. Provide human resource support for the personnel development of dealers. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project, this paper makes use of the knowledge of project management to plan the project of "Audi Vocational Education" from the perspective of the enterprise, based on the project planning of the Audi sales Division for the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project. It is expounded and analyzed from four aspects. First, to elaborate the current guiding ideology of the state for the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and to analyze in detail the more mature brands and their operation modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the industry. In order to determine the policy environment and industry level of the vocational education project of Audi sales Division, second, combined with the future dealer network development and personnel demand of Audi sales Division, the goal and project value of Audi Vocational Education Project are analyzed. In order to achieve the goal of the project, it is necessary to select and build schools in the process of carrying out the project so as to achieve the goal of cooperation between schools and enterprises. Third, based on the characteristics of the Audi brand, This paper expounds the main contents of Audi vocational education project planning, and makes a detailed analysis and study of each work in the project planning, especially for the project cost analysis to ensure that the project plan has high investment value. In order to ensure the smooth development of Audi vocational education project, the article expounds and analyzes the project safeguard measures from three aspects: project organization, project communication mode and project assessment system. Ensure the success of the project in the future.
