高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國高等職業(yè)教育進(jìn)入了前所未有的快速發(fā)展階段,高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校迅猛增加,已占據(jù)了高等教育的半壁江山,許多院校已由建校初期的求生存、求認(rèn)同,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榍蟀l(fā)展、創(chuàng)名牌。但是目前,我國高職院校在校企合作的過程中,存在的一個(gè)突出問題是校園文化與企業(yè)文化的脫節(jié),這已成為阻礙高職院校建設(shè)獨(dú)具職業(yè)特色的校園文化的主要屏障。 高職院校要實(shí)現(xiàn)“技能型”人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)高職學(xué)生就業(yè)的“零適應(yīng)期”,兩種文化的對(duì)接與融合具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先從概念上對(duì)高職校園文化、企業(yè)文化及對(duì)接的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,為高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化的對(duì)接奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,通過分析高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)校園文化與企業(yè)文化在不少方面存在著相同之處,但校園文化在建設(shè)主體、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、價(jià)值觀、工作模式上明顯區(qū)別于企業(yè)文化。同時(shí)對(duì)高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化在多方面和多層次上進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的比較分析,并對(duì)二者的作用進(jìn)行了全面的總結(jié)與評(píng)價(jià)。 再次,用問卷調(diào)查的形式,經(jīng)過對(duì)部份高職院校的實(shí)證調(diào)查后,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前我國高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的現(xiàn)狀和問題,并且解析了高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的種種表現(xiàn)形式。 文章最后一部分,在前面三部分的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的原則、內(nèi)容和方法,從而探討了適合高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的有效途徑。通過校企合作模式,在高職校園文化中不斷滲透企業(yè)文化;采取工學(xué)結(jié)合模式,將企業(yè)文化中的優(yōu)秀文化元素融入高職校園文化;借助訂單培養(yǎng)模式,加強(qiáng)高職校園文化與企業(yè)的對(duì)接;多模式的有機(jī)結(jié)合,豐富高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的途徑。文章希望通過此研究能讓人們對(duì)高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接有更深一步的了解,并為高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化對(duì)接的實(shí)證研究者提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's higher vocational education has entered an unprecedented stage of rapid development. The rapid increase of higher vocational and technical colleges has occupied half of the higher education. Change to seek development, create famous brand. But at present, a prominent problem in the process of cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the disconnection between campus culture and enterprise culture, which has become the main barrier to the construction of campus culture with unique vocational characteristics in higher vocational colleges. It is of great and far-reaching practical significance for higher vocational colleges to realize the goal of cultivating skilled talents and to realize the "zero adaptation period" for the employment of higher vocational students. The connection and fusion of the two cultures is of great and far-reaching practical significance. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of campus culture, corporate culture and docking in higher vocational education, which lays a theoretical foundation for the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational education. Secondly, by analyzing the relationship between campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational education, it is found that campus culture and enterprise culture have similarities in many aspects, but campus culture is building subject, construction goal, and values. The work model is obviously different from the corporate culture. At the same time, this paper makes a detailed comparative analysis of the campus culture and the corporate culture in many aspects and levels, and makes a comprehensive summary and evaluation of the roles of the two. Thirdly, through the empirical investigation of some higher vocational colleges, the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in China. And analyzed the higher vocational school culture and the enterprise culture docking various forms of expression. In the last part of the article, on the basis of the first three parts, the author summarizes the principles, contents and methods of the connection between the campus culture and the enterprise culture in higher vocational education, and probes into the effective way to connect the campus culture with the enterprise culture in the higher vocational education. Through the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, the enterprise culture is constantly infiltrated in the campus culture of higher vocational colleges; the combination of work and learning is adopted to integrate the excellent cultural elements in the enterprise culture into the campus culture of higher vocational education; Strengthen the docking of the campus culture and the enterprise in higher vocational education, combine the multi-mode organically, enrich the way of the connection between the campus culture and the enterprise culture of the higher vocational college. The article hopes that through this study, people can have a deeper understanding of the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational education, and provide some theoretical basis for the empirical research on the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational education.
