論職業(yè)倫理在高職教育中的滲透

【摘要】:職業(yè)倫理是人們?cè)谏鐣?huì)職業(yè)勞動(dòng)中所遵守和奉行的價(jià)值觀和行為準(zhǔn)則、道德規(guī)范,是人作為職業(yè)人所應(yīng)具備的精神修為。職業(yè)倫理從外在而言體現(xiàn)為一種職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,從內(nèi)在而言體現(xiàn)為一種職業(yè)情操。職業(yè)倫理文化緣起于學(xué)徒制文化、西方基督教文化、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)儒家文化三大源流,其文化精髓集中體現(xiàn)為一種職業(yè)信仰觀、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)意義觀和職業(yè)道德觀。職業(yè)倫理是職業(yè)領(lǐng)域職業(yè)人所必須具備的質(zhì)素。高職教育中滲透職業(yè)倫理的意義在于:有助于為未來培養(yǎng)合格職業(yè)人;有助于提高高職學(xué)生職業(yè)能力;有助于促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生健全人格的形成。實(shí)踐中,職業(yè)倫理在高職院校中滲透的具體路徑包括:一、創(chuàng)設(shè)校園文化,營(yíng)造職業(yè)倫理文化氛圍;二、開展靈性教育,豐富職業(yè)倫理教育的內(nèi)涵;三、深化課程建設(shè),提升職業(yè)倫理教育的效能;四、加強(qiáng)高職教師職場(chǎng)靈性培育,發(fā)揮其職業(yè)倫理精神的引領(lǐng)作用。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the values and codes of conduct that people abide by and adhere to in the social professional labor. The moral standard is the spiritual practice that people should possess as professional people. Professional ethics is embodied externally as a kind of professional ethics and internally as a kind of professional sentiment. The professional ethical culture originates from the apprenticeship culture, the western Christian culture and the Chinese traditional Confucian culture. Its cultural essence is embodied in a professional belief, professional values, professional significance and professional ethics. The professional ethics is the quality which the profession person must possess. The significance of infiltrating vocational ethics in higher vocational education lies in the following aspects: it is helpful to train qualified professionals in the future, to improve the vocational ability of higher vocational students, and to promote the formation of sound personality of higher vocational students. In practice, the specific ways to infiltrate vocational ethics in higher vocational colleges include: first, to create campus culture and create an atmosphere of vocational ethics culture; second, to carry out spiritual education to enrich the connotation of vocational ethics education; third, to deepen the curriculum construction, Enhance the efficiency of vocational ethics education; fourth, strengthen the spiritual cultivation of higher vocational teachers in the workplace, play its leading role in the spirit of professional ethics.
