【摘要】：現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的構(gòu)建對企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育中的主體作用提出了新的目標(biāo)要求。本文從社會責(zé)任理論的視角,闡釋了企業(yè)在現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育中的主體作用發(fā)揮及其所應(yīng)承擔(dān)的社會責(zé)任,分析了企業(yè)職業(yè)教育社會責(zé)任的實現(xiàn)路徑,對我國企業(yè)承擔(dān)職業(yè)教育社會責(zé)任的實現(xiàn)機制進(jìn)行了探討,提出了具體的建議和策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of modern vocational education system puts forward new objective requirements for the main role of enterprises in vocational education. From the perspective of the theory of social responsibility, this paper expounds the main role of enterprises in modern vocational education and their social responsibilities, and analyzes the way to realize the social responsibility of enterprise vocational education. This paper probes into the realization mechanism of social responsibility for vocational education in Chinese enterprises, and puts forward some concrete suggestions and strategies.
