【摘要】：在高等職業(yè)教育中尤為重要的則是人才培養(yǎng)的模式。目前,我國高等職業(yè)教育尚出摸索階段,在人才培養(yǎng)模式方面還存在著諸多的問題,影響著其自身的發(fā)展。探索適應(yīng)我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需要的高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式,有利于我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需要,培養(yǎng)出具有綜合能力和全面素質(zhì)的高技能人才。本文以遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為藍本。首先,以國外先進的高等職業(yè)教育理論為出發(fā)點,針對當(dāng)前我國嚴重缺乏高級技術(shù)人才及高等職業(yè)學(xué)校面臨生存危機的問題,從遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為切入點,較為細致地分析了學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)模式上存在的弊端,以內(nèi)外人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)境為主線,對遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)提出了若干設(shè)想。本文主要包括以下幾個部分：(1)通過對德國的“雙元制”模式、加拿大、美國的CBE模式、MES模式以進行分析和比較,探討了發(fā)達國家職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的成功經(jīng)驗及其對我國高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的有益啟示,主要包括：以人為本的教育思想：以職業(yè)能力為本位的培養(yǎng)目標；注重實踐能力的培養(yǎng)；重視師資隊伍的建設(shè)；注重校內(nèi)外教育資源的整合等。(2)通過對遼寧省的高等職業(yè)教育從學(xué)生人才培養(yǎng)、就業(yè)情況及遼寧制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院進行深度剖析,對遼寧制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院目前在人才培養(yǎng)方面存在的問題及學(xué)院未來發(fā)展存在的機會都做了分析,找出目前亟需解決的問題。(3)提出了遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院職業(yè)技能人才培養(yǎng)模式的設(shè)計方案。針對遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院在職業(yè)技能人才培養(yǎng)模式方面存在的問題在,結(jié)合在學(xué)期間學(xué)到的理論與方法,給出了遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院職業(yè)技能人才培養(yǎng)模式的設(shè)計方案。并且,為了方案更好的執(zhí)行,提出了一系列的保障體系,使人才培養(yǎng)更加具有可行性。本文的研究將為遼寧裝備制造職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院以及同類院校在職業(yè)技能人才培養(yǎng)模式建立方面提供可借鑒的理論指導(dǎo)與應(yīng)用參考。
[Abstract]:What is particularly important in higher vocational education is the mode of talent training. At present, the higher vocational education in our country is still in the groping stage, and there are still many problems in the training mode of talents, which affect its own development. To explore the mode of talents training in higher vocational education, which can meet the needs of economic and social development in China, is beneficial to the needs of economic and social development in our country, and to cultivate highly skilled personnel with comprehensive ability and overall quality. This paper is based on Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College. First of all, taking the advanced higher vocational education theory of foreign countries as the starting point, aiming at the serious shortage of advanced technical talents and the survival crisis faced by higher vocational schools in China, starting from Liaoning Vocational and Technical College of equipment Manufacturing, This paper analyzes in detail the drawbacks of the talent training mode in Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward some tentative ideas on the talent training in Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College, taking the internal and external talent training environment as the main line. This paper mainly includes the following parts: 1) to analyze and compare the "dual system" model of Germany, the CBE model of Canada and the United States and the mes model. This paper probes into the successful experience of the vocational education talents training model in developed countries and its beneficial enlightenment to the higher vocational education talents cultivation in our country, mainly including: the people-oriented education thought: the training goal based on the vocational ability; Pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability, pay attention to the construction of teaching staff, pay attention to the integration of educational resources inside and outside the school, etc.) through the deep analysis of the higher vocational education in Liaoning Province from the training of students' talents, the situation of employment and the Liaoning Institute of Manufacturing Vocational and Technical Education, The problems existing in the training of talents in Liaoning Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College and the opportunities for its future development are analyzed. To find out the problem that needs to be solved at present, this paper puts forward the design scheme of the training mode of vocational and technical talents in Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College. In view of the problems existing in the training mode of vocational and technical personnel in Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College, combined with the theories and methods learned during the period of study, This paper presents the design scheme of the training mode of vocational skill talents in Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College. Moreover, in order to carry out the scheme better, a series of guarantee systems are put forward to make the training of talents more feasible. The research in this paper will provide theoretical guidance and application reference for Liaoning equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College and similar colleges in the establishment of vocational skills talents training model.
