積極心理學(xué)在高職思政課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理論課新課程方案實(shí)施以來(lái),思治課教學(xué)逐步步入正軌。但由于高職院校起步晚,發(fā)展較慢,思政課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀依然不容樂(lè)觀,教師職業(yè)性倦怠、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)得性無(wú)助、教學(xué)外部環(huán)境的消極影響等因素制約了教學(xué)實(shí)效性的發(fā)揮。當(dāng)我們轉(zhuǎn)換視角,挖掘教師和學(xué)生內(nèi)在的潛能和積極性、內(nèi)在的美德和善端時(shí),積極心理學(xué)取得的研究成果可以為我們不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)高職思想政治理論課教學(xué)新局面提供一個(gè)全新的路徑。 本文對(duì)積極心理學(xué)在高職思政課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究,共分五個(gè)部分。首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于積極心理學(xué)的相關(guān)研究綜述以及本文的研究目的、意義、思路、方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。其次調(diào)研上海市高職思政課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀并分析影響因素。第三對(duì)積極心理學(xué)應(yīng)用于高職思政課教學(xué)的可行性和必要性進(jìn)行分析。第四部分是重點(diǎn),具體從三個(gè)層面闡述了積極心理學(xué)在高職思政課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用路徑。從教育者角度主要是提升教師職業(yè)幸福感,完善教師人格品質(zhì);建立積極社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng),形成德育育人合力。從教學(xué)對(duì)象角度主要是提高大學(xué)生積極體驗(yàn)?zāi)芰Γ囵B(yǎng)積極人格品質(zhì),優(yōu)化環(huán)境支持系統(tǒng),,營(yíng)造思政課堂高職生積極成長(zhǎng)的氛圍。從教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)角度主要是確立教師導(dǎo)向性和激勵(lì)性考核、評(píng)價(jià)的積極理念和建立知行統(tǒng)一全程動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)體系,以評(píng)促學(xué)。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要在于把積極心理學(xué)理念引入高職思政課教學(xué),并以作者所在高職院校的思政課教學(xué)為實(shí)證個(gè)案,對(duì)積極心理學(xué)理念在思政課教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探索。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the new curriculum of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, the teaching of ideological and political theory has been on the right track. However, due to the late start and slow development of higher vocational colleges, the present situation of ideological and political teaching is still not optimistic, teachers' professional burnout, students' learning helplessness, and the negative influence of teaching external environment restrict the effectiveness of teaching. When we shift perspective to tap teachers' and students' inner potential and enthusiasm, inner virtue and goodness, The research results of positive psychology can provide a new way for us to create a new situation of ideological and political theory teaching in higher vocational education. This paper studies the application of positive psychology in ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education, which is divided into five parts. First of all, it introduces the domestic and foreign related research on positive psychology and the purpose, significance, thought, method and innovation of this paper. Secondly, the current situation of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai is investigated and the influencing factors are analyzed. The third part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying positive psychology to ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education. The fourth part is the focal point, from three levels elaborated the positive psychology in the higher vocational education thought politics course application path. From the perspective of educators, it is mainly to promote teachers' professional well-being, improve teachers' personality quality, establish positive social support system, and form moral education forces. From the point of view of teaching object, it is mainly to improve the students' positive experience ability, cultivate the positive personality quality, optimize the environment support system, and build the atmosphere of positive growth of the students in the ideological and political classroom. From the perspective of teaching evaluation, it is mainly to establish teacher-oriented and motivational assessment, the positive concept of evaluation and the establishment of a dynamic evaluation system of the whole process of knowledge and practice in order to evaluate and promote learning. The innovation of this paper is mainly to introduce the idea of positive psychology into the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges, and take the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges as an empirical case to explore the practical application of the concept of positive psychology in the teaching of ideological and political courses.
