【摘要】：當(dāng)代工匠精神的培育是中國(guó)制造由大國(guó)走向強(qiáng)國(guó)的關(guān)鍵,職業(yè)院校是培養(yǎng)具有工匠精神技術(shù)技能人才的主陣地。本文在分析了職業(yè)院校培育工匠精神面臨困境的基礎(chǔ)上,提出以工匠精神培育為職業(yè)人格培育建立專門(mén)的內(nèi)容框架,可以通過(guò)5個(gè)途徑來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),即設(shè)計(jì)專門(mén)的課程,建設(shè)具有工匠精神內(nèi)涵的校園文化物理環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境;在校園活動(dòng)中滲透與工匠精神相符的品格教育;與家庭和企業(yè)合作營(yíng)造學(xué)校外的人格培養(yǎng)第二學(xué)堂;利用現(xiàn)代社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)讓學(xué)生在自主參與中潛移默化形成與工匠精神相符的職業(yè)人格品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of contemporary craftsman's spirit is the key of making in China from a big country to a powerful country, and vocational colleges and universities are the main position of cultivating skilled personnel with craftsmen's spiritual and technical skills. Based on the analysis of the plight of cultivating craftsman spirit in vocational colleges and universities, this paper puts forward that the establishment of a special content framework for the cultivation of professional personality with the cultivation of craftsman spirit can be realized through five ways, namely, the design of special courses. Constructing the campus cultural physical environment and humanistic environment with the connotation of craftsman's spirit, infiltrating character education which is consistent with craftsman's spirit in campus activities, building the second school of personality cultivation outside school in cooperation with family and enterprise; The use of modern social networks to enable students in the process of independent participation in the formation of artisan spirit consistent with the professional personality.
