【摘要】：天津城市建設管理職業(yè)技術學院作為天津市高等職業(yè)教育中的一員，承擔著為國家以及區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展培養(yǎng)高素質勞動者和技能型人才的責任。但是，學院與天津市一流高職院校相比在師資水平、實訓條件、社會知名度等諸多方面還存在一定差距。所以，為了提高學院的人才培養(yǎng)質量和辦學水平，更好地服務于區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展，有必要對天津城市建設管理職業(yè)技術學院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題展開研究。 本文首先對學院的外部環(huán)境進行了分析，具體包括宏觀環(huán)境、高職教育發(fā)展現狀及前景、高等職業(yè)人才需求狀況以及競爭對手的主要情況。其次對學院的內部環(huán)境進行了分析，具體包括學院概況以及學院發(fā)展現狀。通過內外部環(huán)境的分析，明確了學院的辦學優(yōu)勢和劣勢以及存在的機遇和威脅。根據環(huán)境分析的結果，學院應該選擇WO戰(zhàn)略和ST戰(zhàn)略的組合，即：抓住外部有利的發(fā)展時機，加強學院的內部建設，努力克服自身劣勢，具體來說就是提高師資隊伍的水平、加大實驗實訓基地建設、深化教學改革，并依托學院有利的行業(yè)背景，突出相關專業(yè)的比較優(yōu)勢，形成自身的辦學特色，，通過提高學生的培養(yǎng)質量，促進就業(yè)并吸引更多的生源，全面提升學院的社會知名度和行業(yè)影響力。最后，本文提出了學院戰(zhàn)略實施的對策，以確保發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標的實現。
[Abstract]:As a member of Tianjin higher vocational education, Tianjin City Construction Management Vocational and Technical College is responsible for training high-quality laborers and skilled personnel for national and regional economic development. However, compared with the first-class vocational colleges in Tianjin, there are still some gaps in teachers' level, training conditions, social popularity and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of Tianjin City Construction and Management Vocational and Technical College in order to improve the quality of talent training and the level of running a school, and to better serve the development of regional economy. This paper first analyzes the external environment of the college, including the macro environment, the current situation and prospects of higher vocational education development, the demand for higher vocational talents and the main situation of competitors. Secondly, the internal environment of the college is analyzed, including the general situation of the college and the development of the college. Through the analysis of internal and external environment, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of running a school are clarified. According to the results of environmental analysis, the college should choose the combination of WO strategy and St strategy, that is, to seize the favorable external development opportunity, to strengthen the internal construction of the college, and to overcome its own disadvantages, specifically to improve the level of the teaching staff. Increase the construction of experimental training base, deepen the teaching reform, and rely on the favorable industry background of the college, highlight the comparative advantages of the relevant majors, form their own characteristics of running a school, and improve the quality of the students' training, Promote employment and attract more students, enhance the college's social visibility and industry influence. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to ensure the realization of the development strategy.
