中等職業(yè)學(xué)校電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)改革的研究

【摘要】:摘要:課題來源于作者所在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)。近年來由于種種原因,電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)改革過程中關(guān)注實訓(xùn)硬件設(shè)備的建設(shè)而對設(shè)備有效利用重視不夠;重視強化技能訓(xùn)練而對學(xué)生的實訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)和實訓(xùn)情感關(guān)注不夠;堅持“以就業(yè)為指導(dǎo)”的方針但是對電子專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)崗位的定位還是局限于傳統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識上,與社會發(fā)展及崗位要求脫節(jié),中職學(xué)校電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量不高。凡此種種給中等職業(yè)學(xué)校電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)改革提出新的要求:電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)課程的設(shè)置尤其是課程內(nèi)容研究還需進(jìn)一步具體和更新,對學(xué)生實訓(xùn)狀態(tài)和實訓(xùn)情感的關(guān)注還有待加強,對電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)的有效性還需不斷探索和改進(jìn)。 為了增強學(xué)生實訓(xùn)興趣,提高電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)實效,促進(jìn)學(xué)生專業(yè)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,本文以教育部關(guān)于進(jìn)一步深化中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)改革的若干意見、建構(gòu)主義理論、多元智能理論、需要激勵理論為指導(dǎo),通過設(shè)置中等職業(yè)學(xué)校電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)技能模塊和崗位技能模塊,并以多樣化教學(xué)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自我效能感、培養(yǎng)問題意識、將企業(yè)教學(xué)實習(xí)納入實訓(xùn)課程體系等措施來解決這一問題。本設(shè)計在認(rèn)真分析學(xué)生特點和企業(yè)崗位要求的基礎(chǔ)上,對電子專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)進(jìn)行了教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置和方法的分析應(yīng)用。本設(shè)計投入使用后,得到該校電子專業(yè)師生的充分肯定,提高了教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the subject comes from the practical teaching of electronic major in secondary vocational school. In recent years, due to various reasons, attention has been paid to the construction of practical training hardware equipment but not to the effective use of the equipment in the course of practical teaching reform of electronic major, and to the state of practical training and emotional training of students, and not enough attention has been paid to the strengthening of skills training. Adhering to the policy of "taking employment as the guide" but the orientation of the employment position of electronic major students is still limited to the traditional understanding, which is out of line with the social development and post requirements, and the quality of practical training teaching of electronic major in secondary vocational schools is not high. All these put forward new requirements for the practice teaching reform of electronic major in secondary vocational schools: the establishment of practical training courses for electronic majors, especially the study of course contents, needs to be further specified and updated. It is necessary to pay more attention to the training state and emotion of students, and to explore and improve the effectiveness of practice teaching in electronic major. In order to enhance the students' interest in practical training, improve the practical teaching effect of electronic major and promote the sustainable development of students' specialty, this paper, based on the views of the Ministry of Education on further deepening the reform of secondary vocational education and teaching, is based on the constructivism theory. The theory of multiple intelligences needs to be guided by motivation theory. By setting up professional basic skill module and post skill module of practical course content of electronic major in secondary vocational school, and in order to cultivate students' sense of self-efficacy by diversified teaching, the theory of multiple intelligences is needed. To solve this problem, we should train the awareness of problems and bring the teaching practice of enterprises into the system of practical training courses. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of students and the requirements of enterprise posts, this design analyzes and applies the teaching contents and methods to the practical teaching of electronic major. After the design was put into use, it was fully affirmed by teachers and students majoring in electronics, and the teaching effect was improved.
