【摘要】:現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理的"現(xiàn)代性"既是職業(yè)教育治理研究必須追問的理論問題,也是影響職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理不同于職業(yè)教育管理的"新型"特征,即"現(xiàn)代"內(nèi)涵,就是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理的"現(xiàn)代性",主要表現(xiàn)為:治理理念的民主、公平與效率,治理主體的多元化,治理機制的市場自主控制,治理工具的法治與契約以及治理過程的民主協(xié)商。
[Abstract]:The "modernity" of modern vocational education governance is not only the theoretical problem that must be asked in the study of vocational education governance, but also the key to the reform and development of vocational education. The governance of modern vocational education is different from the "new" characteristic of the management of vocational education, that is, the connotation of "modern", which is the "modernity" of the governance of modern vocational education. The diversification of the main body of governance, the independent control of the market of the governance mechanism, the rule of law and the contract of the governance tool, and the democratic consultation of the governance process.
