【摘要】:21世紀(jì)學(xué)生個(gè)性化需求的發(fā)展,使得高職教育走個(gè)性化教育之路十分必要,為了引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),高職專業(yè)導(dǎo)師利用霍蘭德職業(yè)興趣測(cè)試、舒伯的生涯發(fā)展技術(shù)、圖畫測(cè)驗(yàn)技術(shù)等職業(yè)輔導(dǎo)工具,幫助學(xué)生逐漸形成穩(wěn)定的個(gè)性化職業(yè)意向,讓學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)的主角,促使其成為"學(xué)習(xí)型"學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:The development of students' individualized needs in the 21st century makes it very necessary for higher vocational education to take the road of individualized education. In order to guide students to take the initiative in learning, professional tutors in higher vocational colleges make use of Holland's professional interest test and Schuber's career development technology. Vocational counseling tools such as picture test technology help students gradually form stable individualized professional intention, make students become the protagonists of learning and promote them to become "learning-type" students.
