福建A經(jīng)貿(mào)高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策分析

【摘要】:高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題是大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的重要組成部分,直接關(guān)系到高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的發(fā)展,影響高等教育大眾化的進(jìn)程。當(dāng)前媒體頻頻爆出“高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率高出本科層次、高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)樂觀”,卻與市場(chǎng)上普遍存在“高薪難聘高級(jí)技工、找人難和找活難”的現(xiàn)象相互矛盾。因此,了解高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況具有重要意義。高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的已有研究多從全國(guó)、省份或區(qū)域等宏觀層面展開分析,立足于一個(gè)學(xué)校具體分析的較少,難以有針對(duì)性的探究原因和尋求解決辦法。為此,本研究將立足于福建省一所普通高職學(xué)校,解剖麻雀式的具體分析其就業(yè)狀況,探究原因并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,為促進(jìn)高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)提供建議。 本文以福建省A經(jīng)貿(mào)高職院校為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和調(diào)查法重點(diǎn)考察該校2013年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況,根據(jù)就業(yè)狀況歸納出主要特點(diǎn)和存在問題,針對(duì)存在問題探究其原因并結(jié)合質(zhì)性訪談補(bǔ)充補(bǔ)充影響因素,最后針對(duì)存在問題提出相關(guān)對(duì)策。研究主要分為七章:第一章介紹該樣本院校的基本狀況與調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施情況;第二、第三,第四和第五章分別調(diào)查了樣本院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率、就業(yè)去向,就業(yè)意向和就業(yè)質(zhì)量狀況分析,概述各層面就業(yè)狀況的特點(diǎn),歸納存在的問題;第六章探究了畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的主要原因,并結(jié)合質(zhì)性訪談的方法分析高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的主要影響因素;第七章為結(jié)論與對(duì)策。 本研究得出主要結(jié)論如下: 一、該校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)表現(xiàn)出積極的特點(diǎn)。主要表現(xiàn)在就業(yè)率水平較高、就業(yè)形式呈現(xiàn)多元化、大部分畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)觀念務(wù)實(shí)。二、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出幾點(diǎn)主要問題:1.一般性就業(yè)問題,即2011年至2013年畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率出現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),2013年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率明顯低于以往水平,潛在市場(chǎng)需求下降威脅。2.結(jié)構(gòu)性就業(yè)問題,即主要是畢業(yè)生專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性就業(yè)矛盾,市場(chǎng)需求冷暖不一,畢業(yè)生素質(zhì)水平與市場(chǎng)需求水平間存在缺口。3.選擇性就業(yè)問題,即存在部分畢業(yè)生因就業(yè)期望與實(shí)際情況有落差而選擇待業(yè)。4.總體就業(yè)質(zhì)量不高問題,無論是就業(yè)薪酬水平、就業(yè)滿意度、專業(yè)對(duì)口率,還是前述幾大就業(yè)問題都顯示出畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量亟待提升。三、結(jié)構(gòu)性就業(yè)矛盾和選擇性就業(yè)矛盾是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的主要原因。四、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)既是社會(huì)問題和教育問題也是個(gè)人問題,各利益主體對(duì)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)產(chǎn)生重要影響。 基于以上研究結(jié)果,研究者從政府、用人單位,高校和學(xué)生個(gè)人層面提出對(duì)策和建議:政府層面而言,應(yīng)推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)和完善畢業(yè)生就業(yè)激勵(lì)政策以及進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)校企合作;用人單位層面而言,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與學(xué)校的交流、轉(zhuǎn)變畸形的用人觀以及健全實(shí)習(xí)制度;高校層面而言,把好生源質(zhì)量關(guān),改革人才培養(yǎng)模式和完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作,學(xué)生個(gè)人層面而言,應(yīng)樹立合理的就業(yè)觀,提高綜合素質(zhì)以及做好職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The employment of higher vocational graduates is an important part of the problem of College Students' employment, which is directly related to the development of Higher Vocational and technical education, which affects the process of the popularization of higher education. The current media frequently explode that the employment rate of higher vocational graduates is higher than the undergraduate level, and the higher vocational graduates are optimistic about the situation of the industry, but it is generally "high" with the market. It is of great significance to understand the actual situation of the employment of higher vocational graduates. Therefore, it is very important to understand the actual situation of the employment of higher vocational graduates. For this reason, this study will be based on an ordinary higher vocational school in Fujian Province, anatomize the specific analysis of the employment status of sparrow, explore the reasons and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide suggestions for the employment of higher vocational graduates.
This paper, taking the A Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province as the research object, focuses on the employment status of the college graduates in 2013 by using the method of literature analysis and investigation, and summarizes the main characteristics and existing problems according to the employment situation. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter introduces the basic situation of the college and the design and implementation of the questionnaire; the second, third, fourth and fifth chapters investigate the employment rate, the direction of employment, the employment intention and the analysis of the quality of the industry, and summarize the employment situation at various levels. The sixth chapter explores the main reasons for the employment of graduates, and analyzes the main factors affecting the employment of higher vocational graduates with the method of qualitative interview; the seventh chapter is the conclusion and countermeasures.
The main conclusions of this study are as follows:
First, the employment of graduates in this school shows positive characteristics. It is mainly manifested in higher employment rate, diversified employment forms, and most graduates are pragmatic. Two, there are several major problems in graduates' Employment: 1. general employment, that is, the employment rate of graduates from 2011 to 2013, and 2013. The employment rate of the graduates is obviously lower than the previous level. The decline of the potential market demand threatens the structural employment problem of.2., that is, the major structural employment contradiction of graduates, the cold and warm market demand, the gap between the quality level of graduates and the market demand level,.3. selective employment questions, that is, the existence of some graduates because of the employment expectation and reality. The overall employment quality of.4. is not high. Whether it is employment salary level, employment satisfaction, professional counterpart rate, or a few major employment problems, the graduates' employment quality needs to be improved urgently. Three, the main reason for the difficult employment of graduates is the contradiction between structural employment and selective employment. Four, graduates Employment is both a social problem and an education problem. It is also a personal problem. Each interest entity has an important influence on the employment of graduates.
Based on the above research results, the researchers put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the government, employers, colleges and students. At the government level, we should promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, improve the employment incentive policy of graduates and further promote the cooperation between school and enterprise. At the level of college, the students' individual level should set up a reasonable view of employment, improve the comprehensive quality and do a good career planning.
