【摘要】：有效教學(xué)主張通過觀察和測量來考察教學(xué)的效果、效益、效率，即“教學(xué)的科學(xué)”。有效教學(xué)的提出有明顯的科學(xué)主義和實用主義的烙印。有效教學(xué)即為有效地促進學(xué)生發(fā)展的教學(xué)。除了學(xué)生新知識技能的獲得，還包括思維能力的發(fā)展以及情感、態(tài)度和價值觀�；趯β殬I(yè)學(xué)院物理課程要求的認(rèn)識以及對當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)院物理教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的思考，以及學(xué)習(xí)理論和物理學(xué)科的特點，筆者認(rèn)為在教學(xué)中有必要實施有效教學(xué)。 首先筆者對所在學(xué)校的物理教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)查研究，并分析了這一現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)在職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院物理課程實施有效教學(xué)是十分必要的，也是可以進行實踐檢驗的。 然后，簡述了有效教學(xué)的概念和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，分析了物理有效教學(xué)研究的意義并提出了有效教學(xué)的相關(guān)的原則和策略。 最后，，本文以職業(yè)學(xué)院物理學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的特點和學(xué)習(xí)過程的規(guī)律為線索，對教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備過程中目標(biāo)的確定和策略的運用，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備情況的了解以及教材的處理和教學(xué)方法的選擇等進行探索，進而實施有效教學(xué)嘗試，實踐結(jié)果證實了在職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院物理課程中實施有效教學(xué)，提高了物理課程教學(xué)質(zhì)量，同時也間接地影響了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)課以及成績的提高，也提高了教師自身的教育教學(xué)水平，有利于職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的落實。
[Abstract]:Effective teaching advocates observing and measuring to examine the effect, benefit and efficiency of teaching, that is, "science of teaching". Effective teaching is marked by scientism and pragmatism. Effective teaching is teaching that effectively promotes the development of students. In addition to the acquisition of students' new knowledge and skills, it also includes the development of thinking ability and emotion, attitude and values. Based on the understanding of the requirements of physics courses in vocational colleges and the consideration of the present situation of physics teaching in vocational colleges, as well as the characteristics of learning theory and physics, the author thinks that it is necessary to carry out effective teaching in teaching. Firstly, the author makes an investigation and research on the present situation of physics teaching in the school, and analyzes the present situation, and finds that it is very necessary and practical to carry out effective teaching in the physics course of vocational and technical college. Then, the concept and standard of effective teaching are briefly introduced, the significance of physical effective teaching research is analyzed, and the relevant principles and strategies of effective teaching are put forward. Finally, based on the characteristics of physics learning content and the rules of learning process in vocational college, this paper determines the objectives and the application of strategies in the process of teaching preparation. The understanding of students' learning preparation, the treatment of teaching materials and the selection of teaching methods are explored, and then effective teaching attempts are carried out. The practical results prove that the effective teaching in the physics course of vocational and technical colleges is effective. It improves the teaching quality of physics course, and indirectly affects the improvement of students' professional course and achievement, and also improves the teaching level of teachers themselves, which is beneficial to the implementation of the goal of talent training in vocational and technical colleges.
