【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),職業(yè)教育在曲折中不斷向前發(fā)展。特別是改革開(kāi)放以后,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的事業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,改革力度拓深,發(fā)展步伐加快,取得了重大成就,成為整個(gè)教育系統(tǒng)中愈益重要的組成部分。本論文在教育史研究的基本范式下,根據(jù)學(xué)界開(kāi)展“教育活動(dòng)史研究”的新近倡導(dǎo)和具體主張,對(duì)1949年至1999年期間我國(guó)職業(yè)院校的教育活動(dòng)作了較為深入的挖掘、梳理和探究,通過(guò)具體、生動(dòng)、鮮活的教育活動(dòng)史實(shí),著重?cái)⑹�、評(píng)析了職業(yè)院校的管理活動(dòng)、教學(xué)活動(dòng)、教師聘任活動(dòng)和品德教育活動(dòng),展現(xiàn)了職業(yè)院校諸項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展演進(jìn)過(guò)程、變遷脈絡(luò)軌跡、相關(guān)主體境遇、所獲成績(jī)和尚存問(wèn)題,揭示了職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和原動(dòng)力,提出我國(guó)職業(yè)教育要取得進(jìn)一步長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,需要政府、社會(huì)、職業(yè)院校及其師生的共同努力,在不斷的理論建構(gòu)和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中創(chuàng)建出具有中國(guó)特色的職業(yè)教育。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, vocational education has been developing continuously in twists and turns. Especially after the reform and opening up, the career scale of vocational education in China has expanded, the reform has been deepened, the pace of development has been quickened, and it has made great achievements and become an increasingly important part of the whole education system. Under the basic paradigm of the study of educational history, according to the recent advocacy and concrete idea of the academic research on the history of educational activities, this paper makes a comparatively deep excavation, combing and exploring the educational activities of vocational colleges and universities in China from 1949 to 1999. Through the concrete, vivid and vivid historical facts of educational activities, this paper emphatically describes and evaluates the management activities, teaching activities, teacher appointment activities and moral education activities of vocational colleges, and shows the development and evolution process of various activities in vocational colleges and universities. This paper reveals the key point and motive force of the development of vocational education, and points out that the further development of vocational education in our country needs the government and the society. With the joint efforts of vocational colleges and their teachers and students, vocational education with Chinese characteristics has been created in the course of theoretical construction and practical activities.
