【摘要】：針對我國民族地區(qū)職業(yè)教育研究的內(nèi)容分析法發(fā)現(xiàn):職業(yè)教育之于民族地區(qū)至關(guān)重要;職業(yè)教育可以促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、政治穩(wěn)定和文化傳承;民族職業(yè)教育的問題主要是職教資源不足、辦學(xué)能力不強(qiáng)和管理滯后。為此,須增加資源投入和加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),加強(qiáng)教學(xué)改革和合理設(shè)置課程,加強(qiáng)對職業(yè)教育宏觀管理和協(xié)調(diào)。結(jié)論認(rèn)為:職業(yè)教育的研究內(nèi)容尚待進(jìn)一步深入;理論思辨是主要的研究方法,規(guī)范的實(shí)證研究相對缺乏;研究對象存在區(qū)域性差異;研究視角過于狹窄。
[Abstract]:According to the content analysis method of vocational education research in ethnic areas in China, it is found that vocational education is very important in ethnic areas; vocational education can promote economic development, political stability and cultural inheritance in ethnic areas; the main problems of ethnic vocational education are insufficient vocational education resources, poor school running ability and management lag. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the investment. Source input and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, strengthening teaching reform and rational setting up courses, strengthening the macro management and coordination of vocational education. The conclusion is that the research content of vocational education needs to be further deepened; theoretical speculation is the main research method, the normative empirical research is lacking; there are regional differences in the research object; research perspective Too narrow.
