【摘要】:"雙師型"教師概念的提出來源于我國高職院校教育改革和實(shí)踐過程,體現(xiàn)了高職教育對(duì)教師的特殊要求,是高職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn)。本文以糾正對(duì)"雙師型"教師認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)為基礎(chǔ),提出了高職"雙師型"教師的內(nèi)涵本質(zhì);歸納和梳理了高職"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍的構(gòu)成要素和歷年政策;并指出了高職"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)這一課題的重大實(shí)踐意義,即"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題不僅是高職教育適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),也是構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職教體系的基本內(nèi)容,是高職教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的必然要求,更是學(xué)生職業(yè)能力和素質(zhì)得以可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。
[Abstract]:The concept of "double teachers" comes from the reform and practice process of higher vocational education in our country. It reflects the special requirements of higher vocational education for teachers, and it is the essential embodiment of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of correcting the misunderstandings of "double qualified" teachers, this paper puts forward the connotation essence of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges, sums up and combs the constituent elements and past policies of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges. The paper also points out the great practical significance of the task of "double-qualified" teacher team construction in higher vocational education, that is, the construction of "double-qualified" teacher team is not only the important foundation for higher vocational education to adapt to the rapid economic and social development. It is also the basic content of the construction of modern vocational education system, the inevitable requirement of the professional development of higher vocational teachers, and the important guarantee of the sustainable development of students' professional ability and quality.
