當前職教教師隱性知識的共享困境研究

【摘要】:在知識經濟的社會文明大發(fā)展背景下,知識的更新迅速,日新月異,已成為促進社會大發(fā)展的重要支撐,人們在知識素養(yǎng)日益提高的同時,對知識經濟的價值認識也逐漸趨于正確的認同,如何在知識經濟背景下做好知識管理,使應用的知識發(fā)揮最大的效益,對當下人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地——職教工作的教師而言,具有非常重要的意義。作為為社會學子提供知識能量場所的教育基地,職教對教師的選擇具有嚴格的要求,而職教教師所具備的隱性知識則是一筆巨大的資源財富。但在目前的發(fā)展形勢下,教師由于受到自身或學校環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境的影響,很多具有重要價值的知識被流失,無法實現(xiàn)人才群體中的共享,這就必須要整合相關的理論解決當前存在的問題,幫助具備隱性知識的職教教師走出困境,才能真正避免隱性知識大量流失,實現(xiàn)共享,并最大化發(fā)揮知識本身的價值目標。本文分析當前國內外職教教師知識共享存在的問題,從理論基礎上整體性分析知識管理與教師知識結構的情況,簡述職教教師具備的隱性知識的相關定義、特征與作用,通過調查和訪談,詳細分析當前職教領域教師隱性知識共享存在的問題,最后總結職教教師隱性知識得以共享的有效途徑。全文共分為五個部分闡述筆者觀點,第一部分前言。第二個部分是理論章節(jié),分別討論教師隱性知識的定義、隱性知識的形成、隱性知識的作用。第三部分分析當前我國職教教師隱性知識共享的現(xiàn)狀,從隱性知識本身的因素、職教教師個人因素、學校組織管理因素以及校園文化氛圍因素進行討論。第四部分就上述存在的問題一一分析職教教師隱性知識共享的對策。第五部分對全文進行總結,指出筆者自身研究的不足,以求改進。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the great development of the social civilization of the knowledge economy, the knowledge is updated rapidly and changing with each passing day. It has become an important support for the development of the society. At the same time, people have gradually become correct in understanding the value of knowledge economy, and how to do knowledge management well in the background of knowledge economy, so as to make the knowledge of application knowledge in the background of knowledge economy. To realize the greatest benefit is of great significance to the teachers of vocational education, which is an important base for the training of the present talents. As an educational base for providing knowledge and energy for the students of the society, the vocational education has strict requirements for the selection of teachers, while the tacit knowledge of the Vocational teachers is a huge resource wealth. But under the current situation of development, teachers have been lost because of their own or school environment and social environment, so many valuable knowledge can not be shared. It is necessary to integrate the relevant theories to solve the existing problems and help the vocational teachers with tacit knowledge to get out of the dilemma. This paper analyzes the existing problems of knowledge sharing in vocational education teachers at home and abroad, analyzes the situation of knowledge management and teachers' knowledge structure on the basis of theory, and gives a brief account of the related definitions of tacit knowledge that vocational education teachers have. On the basis of investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the existing problems of teachers' tacit knowledge sharing in the field of vocational education, and finally summarizes the effective ways of sharing the tacit knowledge of vocational teachers. The full text is divided into five parts: the author's point of view, the first part preface. The second part is the theoretical chapter, and the teachers' tacit knowledge is discussed respectively. Definition, the formation of tacit knowledge and the role of tacit knowledge. The third part analyses the current situation of the hidden knowledge sharing of vocational education teachers in our country, from the factors of the tacit knowledge itself, the personal factors of vocational education teachers, the factors of school organization and management and the cultural atmosphere of the campus. The fourth part analyses the existing problems one by one and analyzes the vocational education one by one. The fifth part summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings of the author's own research in order to improve it.
