【摘要】：職業(yè)教育經(jīng)過多年的努力已經(jīng)取得了突破性進(jìn)展,但由于校企互動渠道不暢,校企合作不到位,導(dǎo)致在一定程度上理論與實(shí)踐相脫節(jié)。因此,如何從互動機(jī)制層面,對校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行把握,本文進(jìn)行深入探索和研究,提出了構(gòu)建"一二六"新型校企合作機(jī)制,搭建多維度校企互動平臺。探索了提高職校學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)特別是適崗能力的有效路徑,堅(jiān)持校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式,堅(jiān)持職業(yè)教育緊貼行業(yè)企業(yè)需要,最大限度整合與利用社會職教資源,推進(jìn)中、高職校持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,提升職業(yè)教育服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的能力。
[Abstract]:After many years of efforts, vocational education has made breakthrough progress, but because of the poor interaction between school and enterprise and the lack of cooperation between school and enterprise, the theory and practice are disjointed to a certain extent. Therefore, how to grasp the training mode of the cooperation between school and enterprise from the level of interaction mechanism is explored and studied in this paper, and the construction is put forward. "126" new school enterprise cooperation mechanism, build a multi-dimensional school enterprise interactive platform. Explore the effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students, especially the ability to adapt to the job, adhere to the training mode of the school enterprise cooperation, adhere to the vocational education close to the needs of the industry enterprise, maximize the integration and use of social vocational education resources, promote and continue the higher vocational school. Healthy development will enhance vocational education's ability to serve economic and social development.
