【摘要】：建設(shè)公平正義、高效有序、安定和諧、充滿生機(jī)與活力的大學(xué)成為新時(shí)代每一位大學(xué)生的追求，但是高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)工作管理體制還是不夠完善的，學(xué)生的管理工作因?yàn)閷W(xué)校環(huán)境和文化等各方面因素的影響，從而使學(xué)生工作管理提示的發(fā)展很艱難。高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新社團(tuán)是學(xué)生社團(tuán)中的一支為數(shù)不多但又不可或缺的力量,是由一群有志于某一學(xué)科或某一方向研究的學(xué)生自愿組織而成的群眾性團(tuán)體。高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新型社團(tuán)對(duì)培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力具有積極意義,在高校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)中也有不可替代的地位與作用。高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新社團(tuán)不僅為校園科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的開展做出了突出的貢獻(xiàn),也提高了學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)能力和創(chuàng)新能力。本文結(jié)合湖北職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院科技社團(tuán)發(fā)展歷程，運(yùn)用問卷分析、跟蹤調(diào)查及理論探討的形式和方法，，就如何加強(qiáng)與完善學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)、發(fā)揮社團(tuán)作用，真正達(dá)到育人內(nèi)涵提出一些可行性研究建議。 本文共分為四個(gè)部分，各部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： 一、緒論。這一部分主要介紹了本文研究的背景、目的和意義、思路和研究方法，并對(duì)現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述分析，本章是本研究的基礎(chǔ)和鋪墊。 二、高職院校科技社團(tuán)發(fā)展歷程。高職院�？萍忌鐖F(tuán)含義、類型、作用，發(fā)展歷史。 三、以湖北職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例，對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生科技社團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。提出當(dāng)前高職院校學(xué)生科技社團(tuán)存在的問題。高職院校學(xué)生科技社團(tuán)發(fā)展路徑與對(duì)策。 四、總結(jié)。對(duì)本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，對(duì)今后的研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The construction of a fair and just, efficient and orderly, stable and harmonious university is the pursuit of every college student in the new era, but the management system of university student community work is still not perfect. Because of the influence of school environment and culture, the management of students is very difficult to develop. The university science and technology innovation society is a few but indispensable strength in the student association, is a group of students who wish to study in a certain subject or a certain direction of voluntary organization of the mass organization. The university science and technology innovation society has the positive significance to cultivate the university student science and technology innovation ability, also has the irreplaceable position and the function in the university study style construction. The university science and technology innovation community not only makes outstanding contribution to the development of the campus science and technology innovation activities, but also improves the students' academic and innovative ability. Based on the development course of science and technology association in Hubei Vocational and Technical College, this paper makes use of questionnaire analysis, follow-up investigation and theoretical discussion on how to strengthen and perfect the construction of student association and bring into play the role of community. Some feasible research suggestions are put forward to achieve the connotation of educating people. This paper is divided into four parts. The research contents of each part are as follows: First, introduction. This part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance, ideas and research methods of this study, and summarizes and analyzes the existing literature. This chapter is the foundation and foundation of this study. Second, the development of science and technology organizations in higher vocational colleges. The meaning, the type, the function, the development history of the science and technology association in higher vocational colleges. Third, take Hubei Vocational and Technical College as an example to investigate the status quo of the development of students' scientific and technological associations in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the scientific and technological organizations of students in higher vocational colleges. The Development path and Countermeasures of higher Vocational College Student Science and Technology Association. IV. Summary. The research of this paper is summarized and the future research is prospected.
