【摘要】：當前,市場對人才的需求從買賣雙方并存的局面完全變?yōu)橘I方市場的不利局面,對人才的結(jié)構(gòu)性需求更加務實和細化,對有豐富實踐創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗和能力的創(chuàng)造型綜合人才需求更為迫切,而大量只有初級動手能力的學生則被市場拒之于門外,待業(yè)待崗,在這種大形勢下,高職院校影視藝術(shù)專業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨困難和挑戰(zhàn)。 文章首先對高職院校實踐教學的理論進行研究。分析了高職院校實踐教學的內(nèi)涵及特點,對我國高職院校實踐教學的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢進行了研究,重點論述高職院校人才培養(yǎng)特征及實踐教學體系的構(gòu)成,歸納了高職院校實踐教學過程中校企合作的內(nèi)涵及主要模式；然后,文章對乾盛傳媒基于校企合作的實踐教學體系建設進行了必要性和可行性分析。在分析高職院校影視藝術(shù)專業(yè)的特點基礎上設計了針對高職院校影視藝術(shù)專業(yè)的師生調(diào)研問卷,對實踐教學的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研,分析存在的主要問題,就乾盛傳媒的優(yōu)勢及開展校企合作的可行性進行論證；最后,文章基于校企合作的高職院校影視藝術(shù)專業(yè)實踐教學體系研究,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了高職院校影視藝術(shù)專業(yè)實踐教學體系,從總體構(gòu)架到具體的目標體系、內(nèi)容體系、管理體系和控制體系,既從理論上進行了分析,又根據(jù)乾盛傳媒實際操作進行總結(jié)。 文章通過結(jié)合作者對高職院校影視藝術(shù)專業(yè)實踐教學領域校企合作項目的實際操作經(jīng)驗,對高職院校實踐教學體系進行了探索性研究,為高職院校實踐教學探索提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:At present, the market demand for talent has completely changed from the coexistence of buyers and sellers to the unfavorable situation of the buyer's market, and the structural demand for talents is more pragmatic and detailed. The demand for creative comprehensive talents with rich practical experience and ability is even more urgent, while a large number of students with only primary hands-on abilities are shut out of the market and are waiting for jobs. In such a big situation, The development of film and television art major in higher vocational colleges is faced with difficulties and challenges. This paper first studies the theory of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes on the connotation and characteristics of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, studies the present situation and development trend of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges in China, and emphatically discusses the characteristics of talents cultivation and the composition of practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges. This paper sums up the connotation and main mode of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the process of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the construction of practical teaching system of Qiansheng Media based on the cooperation of school and enterprise. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of film and television art major in higher vocational colleges, the paper designs a questionnaire for the teachers and students of film and television art major in higher vocational colleges, investigates the current situation of practical teaching, and analyzes the main problems. This paper demonstrates the advantages of Qiansheng Media and the feasibility of carrying out the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Finally, based on the research on the practical teaching system of film and television arts major in higher vocational colleges, the paper systematically constructs the practical teaching system of film and television arts major in higher vocational colleges. From the overall framework to the specific target system, content system, management system and control system, not only from the theoretical analysis, but also according to the actual operation of Qiansheng Media summarized. Based on the author's practical experience in the practical teaching field of film and television arts major, this paper makes an exploratory study on the practical teaching system of higher vocational colleges. It provides a new way of thinking for the exploration of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.
