廣西中高職數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程體系銜接的研究

【摘要】:在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系中,國(guó)家加大力度推動(dòng)中等和高等職業(yè)教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的技能型特別是高端技能型人才。廣西也在不斷創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式,積極深入探索五年一貫制、“3+2”或“2+3”學(xué)制等多種辦學(xué)模式。為此,中高職銜接已經(jīng)成為我們職業(yè)教育的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問題。在現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系中,中等職業(yè)教育是高中階段教育的重要組成部分,重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)技能型人才,發(fā)揮著基礎(chǔ)性作用;高等職業(yè)教育是高等教育的重要組成部分,重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)高端技能型人才,發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用。如何增強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育科學(xué)發(fā)展,中高職銜接是關(guān)鍵。中高職銜接是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜的工程,它包括人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的銜接、課程體系的銜接、專業(yè)設(shè)置的銜接、招生制度及管理模式的銜接等等,其銜接的核心是課程體系的銜接。近年來,中高職課程體系的銜接出現(xiàn)了一些接而不暢的問題,如:人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位不準(zhǔn)確、專業(yè)課程設(shè)置不合理、課程內(nèi)容重復(fù)、職業(yè)資格證證書的對(duì)接不暢等等,歸其原因在于缺少教育主管部門的頂層設(shè)計(jì),在進(jìn)行中高職銜接過程中,銜接工作落實(shí)不到位,銜接流程不規(guī)范,課程開發(fā)的路徑不清晰,未能將課程體系銜接工作落地生根。為此,課程體系銜接必須準(zhǔn)確的定位中高職各段人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),明確中高職人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格的銜接點(diǎn),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要明確,各安其位、各負(fù)其責(zé)。本文通過調(diào)查問卷、查閱文獻(xiàn)資料、分析比較等方式對(duì)廣西中高職課程體系銜接的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,提出了廣西中高職數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程體系銜接存在的問題,并進(jìn)行了原因分析,在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了中高職課程體系銜接的策略,并形成了數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程體系銜接的方案。本文的內(nèi)容包括如下的五個(gè)部分:第一部分為中高職課程體系銜接的必要性分析。從國(guó)家政策、社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求方面提出課題的研究背景;通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外中高職銜接研究的綜述,提出了本課題研究理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面的意義;同時(shí)還闡述了本課題研究的方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分為中高職課程體系銜接的核心概念的界定,分別闡述了中等職業(yè)教育、高等職業(yè)教育、課程體系、銜接、“2+3”中職對(duì)口升高職等五個(gè)詞的概念。第三部分為廣西中高職課程體系銜接現(xiàn)狀分析。通過調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析了人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、課程內(nèi)容銜接等方面的情況;并提出了廣西中高職數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程體系建設(shè)存在的四個(gè)突出問題,并進(jìn)行了銜接問題原因的分析。第四部分為中高職數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程體系銜接方案。本章節(jié)從課程體系銜接的指導(dǎo)思想、銜接思路、銜接的操作步驟等三方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的陳述,并提出了數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)中高職銜接的課程體系。第五部分為中高職課程體系銜接的保障機(jī)制。本章通過健全政策保障體系,加強(qiáng)教育管理部門的統(tǒng)籌力度;搭建中高職院校溝通交流的平臺(tái);加大中高職銜接經(jīng)費(fèi)投入的力度;加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè);搭建完善的職業(yè)資格證書銜接機(jī)制;建立動(dòng)態(tài)的彈性學(xué)制和學(xué)分管理機(jī)制等六個(gè)方面提出銜接的保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the construction of modern vocational education system, the state has intensified its efforts to promote the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education, and systematically fostering skilled talents to meet the needs of economic and social development, especially high end skilled talents. Guangxi is also constantly innovating the development mode of vocational education, and actively exploring the five year system, "3+2" or "2+3" system, etc. In the modern vocational education system, secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education, focusing on training skilled talents and playing a basic role; higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. It is the key to enhance the ability of vocational education to support the development of industry and to realize the scientific development of vocational education. The link between vocational education and vocational education is the key. The cohesion of the middle and higher vocational colleges is a complex system, which includes the connection of the target of talent training, the link up of the curriculum system, the connection of the professional setting, the enrollment system and the system of enrollment. The cohesion of the management mode is the core of the connection of the curriculum system. In recent years, there have been some problems in the connection of the curriculum system in the middle and higher vocational colleges, such as the inaccurate positioning of the training target, the unreasonable course setting, the repetition of the course content, the poor docking of the certificate of vocational qualification certificate and so on. The top level design of the competent department of less education is not in place in the process of connecting the middle and higher vocational colleges. The connection process is not in place, the process of the curriculum development is not clear, and the link work of the curriculum system can not be rooted out. Therefore, the link of the curriculum system must be accurately determined by the target of training the talents in the middle and higher vocational schools and clear the talents in the middle and higher vocational colleges. In this paper, we have investigated and analyzed the current situation of the connection of the curriculum system of Guangxi middle and high vocational colleges through questionnaire, literature, analysis and comparison, and put forward the existing problems in the connection of the CNC technology in the middle and high vocational schools in Guangxi. On the basis of the analysis, this paper puts forward the strategy of connecting the curriculum system of the secondary vocational and technical courses, and forms the scheme for the connection of the curriculum system of the numerical control technology application. The contents of this paper include the following five parts: the first part is the necessity of the connection of the curriculum system in the middle and higher vocational colleges. The research background of the topic; through the review of the research on the cohesion of the middle and higher vocational colleges at home and abroad, the significance of the two aspects of the research theory and practice of this subject is put forward. At the same time, the method and the innovation point of the research are also expounded. The second part is the definition of the core concept of the connection of the curriculum system of the middle vocational and technical higher vocational education, and expounds the secondary vocational education and the higher occupation respectively. Education, curriculum system, connection, the concept of five words of "2+3" vocational secondary vocational education. The third part is the analysis of the connection status of the curriculum system of middle and high vocational education in Guangxi. Through the survey data, it analyses the situation of the target of talent training, the course setting, the connection of the course content and so on, and puts forward the course system of the application of CNC technology in the middle and high vocational schools of Guangxi. The four outstanding problems existing in the construction are analyzed. The fourth part is the connection scheme of the curriculum system of the application specialty of CNC technology in Middle Vocational and technical higher vocational education. This chapter makes a detailed statement from the three aspects of the guiding ideology of the connection of the curriculum system, the train of thinking and the operation steps of the connection, and puts forward the application of the numerical control technology. The fifth part is the guarantee mechanism of the connecting of the curriculum system in the middle and higher vocational colleges. This chapter strengthens the overall efforts of the education management department by improving the policy guarantee system; building a platform for communication and communication between the middle and high vocational colleges; strengthening the investment in the connection funds of the middle and higher vocational colleges; strengthening the construction of the teachers' team; building a perfect and perfect system The linking mechanism of vocational qualification certificate, the establishment of dynamic flexible academic system and credit management mechanism and other six aspects put forward the guarantee mechanism of cohesion.
