【摘要】:我國(guó)高職旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)作為一個(gè)新興專業(yè),由于發(fā)展時(shí)間短,尚處于不斷完善和發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,了解其人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位現(xiàn)狀,尋找其中存在的問(wèn)題,探索今后改進(jìn)或提高的方向,對(duì)提升旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)順利開(kāi)展的前提和基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也是教育活動(dòng)的歸宿。人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的確定對(duì)于課程的選擇、教學(xué)條件的創(chuàng)設(shè)、教學(xué)方法的選擇、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教育評(píng)價(jià)具有指導(dǎo)意義,本研究的目的在于探尋高職旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位的落腳點(diǎn),促進(jìn)相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐的發(fā)展。 近十年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的增強(qiáng),公民出境旅游呈快速增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),出境旅游尤其是因私出境旅游的快速增長(zhǎng),成為我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力增強(qiáng)、居民生活水平提高、對(duì)外開(kāi)放擴(kuò)大的最為直接和最為生動(dòng)的見(jiàn)證,形成了出入境旅游和國(guó)內(nèi)旅游齊頭并進(jìn)的發(fā)展格局。市場(chǎng)需求促使旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)有廣闊的用人空間,涉外導(dǎo)游已成為我國(guó)急需的人才之一。但中國(guó)旅游業(yè)起步晚,,發(fā)展時(shí)間短,人才儲(chǔ)備不足,導(dǎo)致旅游人才培養(yǎng)滯后于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,阻礙了旅游業(yè)國(guó)際化水平的提升。面對(duì)旅游業(yè)高技能人才嚴(yán)重短缺的現(xiàn)狀,為加速旅游業(yè)國(guó)際化發(fā)展的步伐,高職旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)必須將人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)明確定位,肩負(fù)起培養(yǎng)高技能旅游人才的重任。 本研究通過(guò)對(duì)高職旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位的理論基礎(chǔ)及功能的闡述,以廣東省為例,在分析旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才供需現(xiàn)狀及當(dāng)前高職旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了市場(chǎng)需求方與人才供給方的共同追求和利益契合點(diǎn),將人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)明確到高技能旅游人才上,探討了高技能旅游人才的內(nèi)涵、分類(lèi)及定位的必然性,最后對(duì)高職旅游英語(yǔ)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位提出三點(diǎn)建議,即:定位前要深入調(diào)查;定位中要綜合考慮;定位后要全力保障,以確保高技能旅游人才的目標(biāo)定位能夠定位下來(lái),落實(shí)下去。
[Abstract]:As a new specialty, tourism English major in higher vocational colleges in our country is still in the process of continuous improvement and development due to its short development time. In order to find out the existing problems, it is necessary to find out the status quo of the training goal of tourism English in higher vocational colleges and universities. It is of practical significance to improve the quality of tourism English majors by exploring the direction of improvement or improvement in the future. The goal of talent training is the premise and foundation for the smooth development of education and teaching activities, as well as the end-result of educational activities. The determination of the goal of talent training is of great significance to the selection of courses, the creation of teaching conditions, the selection of teaching methods, the construction of teachers' ranks, and the evaluation of education. The purpose of this study is to explore the goal orientation of tourism English majors in higher vocational colleges and to promote the development of relevant theories and practices. In the past ten years, with the strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength, citizen outbound tourism has shown a rapid growth trend. Outbound tourism, especially due to the rapid growth of private outbound tourism, has become China's comprehensive national strength and the improvement of the living standards of its residents. The most direct and vivid witness of the expansion of opening to the outside world has formed a pattern of simultaneous development of inbound and outbound tourism and domestic tourism. The market demand makes tourism English majors have a wide employment space, foreign-related guides have become one of the much-needed talents in our country. However, China's tourism industry started late, the development time was short and the talent reserve was insufficient, which resulted in the tourism talent training lagging behind the development of tourism industry, which hindered the promotion of tourism internationalization level. In the face of the serious shortage of highly skilled talents in tourism, in order to speed up the development of tourism internationalization, tourism English majors in higher vocational colleges must clearly position their training objectives and shoulder the important task of cultivating highly skilled tourism talents. Based on the theoretical basis and function of the goal orientation of tourism English majors in higher vocational colleges, this study takes Guangdong Province as an example. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of talent supply and demand of tourism English major and the present situation of the orientation of the training goal of tourism English major in higher vocational education, this paper sums up the common pursuit and interests of the market demand side and the talent supply side. This paper discusses the connotation, classification and inevitability of high skill tourism talents, and finally puts forward three suggestions on the orientation of tourism English majors in higher vocational colleges. That is to say, before positioning, we should investigate deeply; we should consider comprehensively in positioning; after positioning, we should make every effort to ensure that the target orientation of highly skilled tourist talents can be positioned and carried out.
