【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)教育事業(yè)中的重要組成部分，擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的基層工作者的重要任務(wù)，也是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展，關(guān)鍵在于改革和創(chuàng)新，核心在于推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育。同時(shí)還要更新教育觀念，突出專業(yè)特色，加強(qiáng)技能訓(xùn)練，改變辦學(xué)機(jī)制，強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，拓展就業(yè)市場(chǎng)，，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)充分就業(yè)的目標(biāo)。此外，職業(yè)教育和法制教育，特別是法制教育是職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的重要組成部分，既是職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分，亦是落實(shí)依法治國(guó)方略的重要組成部分。面對(duì)我國(guó)正處在轉(zhuǎn)型期的現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)這個(gè)問題的認(rèn)識(shí)我們更應(yīng)該加深一個(gè)層次。本文便結(jié)合了當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀，包括教學(xué)實(shí)踐中取得的成績(jī)和存在的問題，針對(duì)當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)校的法制教育狀況，對(duì)未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了理性而全面的思考。 文章首先給出了職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育這個(gè)課題的研究背景以及意義，以職業(yè)學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為切入點(diǎn)，證明了該課題研究的重要性以及作用，文章勾勒了職業(yè)學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育體系，給出了職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育的定義，繼而描述和分析了職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育的構(gòu)成內(nèi)容、途徑，以及當(dāng)前職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育存在的問題；還比較詳細(xì)的呈現(xiàn)了職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的現(xiàn)狀，其中包括職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生技術(shù)素質(zhì)的教育現(xiàn)狀以及思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀，主要是通過對(duì)當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)狀況的案例分析，總結(jié)出當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育所存在的問題；綜上，文章便提出了關(guān)于提高職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育發(fā)展的一些對(duì)策和建議，希望借此明晰出我國(guó)未來職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的方向，拓寬我國(guó)職業(yè)學(xué)校素質(zhì)發(fā)展要求的新思路，為我國(guó)的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供新能量。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of education in our country, which shoulders the important task of training high-quality grass-roots workers, and is also an important foundation of China's economic and social development. The key to the development of vocational education lies in reform and innovation, and the core lies in promoting quality education. At the same time, we should renew the educational concept, highlight the specialty characteristics, strengthen the skill training, change the mechanism of running a school, strengthen the practical teaching, improve the teaching quality, expand the employment market, and finally realize the goal of full employment. In addition, vocational education and legal education, especially legal education, is an important part of vocational school students, is not only an important part of vocational education, but also an important part of implementing the strategy of governing the country according to law. In the face of our country is in the current situation of transition, we should deepen the understanding of this problem. This article combines the present situation of vocational education, including the achievements in teaching practice and the existing problems, according to the current status of legal education in vocational schools, the future development of the trend of rational and comprehensive thinking. This paper first gives the research background and significance of the subject of quality education for students in vocational schools, taking the goal of quality education in vocational schools as the starting point, proves the importance and function of the research on this subject. This paper outlines the quality education system of vocational schools, gives the definition of vocational quality education, and then describes and analyzes the composition, ways and problems of vocational quality education. It also presents in detail the status quo of students' quality education in vocational schools, including the status quo of technical quality education and ideological and political education of vocational school students, mainly through the case study of the current vocational school students' quality. This paper summarizes the problems existing in quality education in vocational schools, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the development of quality education for students in vocational schools. It is hoped that the direction of students' quality education in vocational schools in the future will be clarified and the new ideas of quality development requirements of vocational schools in China will be broadened so as to provide new energy for the development of vocational education in our country.
