【摘要】：隨著鄂爾多斯打造百萬人口城市的深入推進,伊金霍洛旗作為其核心區(qū)之一,隨著伊旗經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,對伊旗的市場經(jīng)濟多元化發(fā)展和教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提出了更高的要求,對人才的需求也正在發(fā)生根本性的變化。因此,加快伊金霍洛旗職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展勢在必行。 分析伊金霍洛旗職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀具有重要的意義：一是有利于降低職業(yè)教育的成本,包括時間成本、人員成本和資金成本；二是有利于對職業(yè)教育行為及時控制,有利于組織者的勤政和廉政建設(shè)；三是有利于加強教育機構(gòu)與教育對象及用人單位的信息共享；四是有利于實現(xiàn)伊旗人民的充分就業(yè),不斷實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、技術(shù)提升所需要的知識和技術(shù)更新；五是有利于實現(xiàn)我旗職業(yè)教育走向國際化；六是有利于整合我旗職業(yè)教育資源。 伊金霍洛旗職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀主要表現(xiàn)為：職業(yè)教育基礎(chǔ)薄弱,發(fā)展速度緩慢,未形成完整的職業(yè)教育體系,職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展不適應(yīng)伊旗經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需要。存在的主要問題是職業(yè)教育的專業(yè)課教師嚴重短缺,實訓(xùn)基地標準化不高,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)職能得不到充分發(fā)揮,職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)實效性不高,就業(yè)渠道不夠暢通,思想觀念落后,人們對職業(yè)教育發(fā)展存在認識誤區(qū),生源不足,學(xué)生素質(zhì)不佳等因素,都在制約著伊旗職業(yè)教育的快速發(fā)展。 通過對伊旗職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,筆者認為,加快伊旗職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的新思路主要有：一是加大專業(yè)課教師和“雙師型”教師的培養(yǎng)和引進力度；二是加快實習(xí)實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)力度；三是加強職業(yè)教育管理體系建設(shè)；四是強化培訓(xùn)管理,完善政策措施,大力推進職業(yè)培訓(xùn)；五是深化校企合作,探索技能人才培養(yǎng)新模式；六是加快職業(yè)學(xué)校教學(xué)改革,提升學(xué)生職業(yè)能力；七是加大職業(yè)教育宣傳力度,拓展職業(yè)教育生源。
[Abstract]:With the development of the city of millions of people in Ordos, as one of the core areas of Erdos, with the rapid development of the economy of the flag, it has put forward higher requirements for the diversified development of market economy and the adjustment of educational structure. The demand for talent is also changing radically. Therefore, it is imperative to speed up the development of vocational education in Ijin Horo Banner. It is of great significance to analyze the present situation of vocational education in Yijinhuoluo Banner: first, it is helpful to reduce the cost of vocational education, including time cost, personnel cost and capital cost; second, it is helpful to control the behavior of vocational education in a timely manner. It is conducive to the diligent administration and clean government construction of the organizers; third, to strengthening the sharing of information between educational institutions and educational objects and employers; and fourthly, is conducive to the realization of full employment of the people in the flag and the continuous industrial upgrading. It is beneficial to realize the internationalization of vocational education in our flag, and the sixth is to integrate the resources of vocational education in our flag. The present situation of vocational education in Yijinhuoluo Banner is as follows: the foundation of vocational education is weak, the speed of development is slow, the complete vocational education system has not been formed, and the development of vocational education does not meet the needs of the economic and social development of the flag. The main problems are that there is a serious shortage of professional teachers in vocational education, the standardization of practical training bases is not high, the functions of coordination and coordination are not fully developed, the effectiveness of vocational skills training is not high, the channels of employment are not smooth, and the ideas are backward. The misunderstanding of the development of vocational education, the shortage of students and the poor quality of students restrict the rapid development of vocational education in Yiqi. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the vocational education in Yiqi, the author thinks that the new ideas of speeding up the development of vocational education in Yiqi are as follows: first, to increase the training and introduction of specialized teachers and "double-qualified" teachers; Second, accelerate the construction of practical training base; third, strengthen the construction of vocational education management system; fourth, strengthen training management, perfect policy and measures, vigorously promote vocational training; fifth, deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, explore a new mode of training skilled personnel; The sixth is to speed up the reform of vocational school teaching, to improve the vocational ability of students; seventh, to increase the propaganda of vocational education, and to expand the source of vocational education students.
