【摘要】：在"中國制造2025"背景下,勞動(dòng)力市場的人才需求呈現(xiàn)出學(xué)歷層次高移化、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)合化、技術(shù)素養(yǎng)實(shí)踐化等新特征。同時(shí),中國制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)對(duì)創(chuàng)新型、智慧型、生態(tài)型、卓越型人才提出了迫切的需求。為了更好地適應(yīng)和滿足"中國制造2025"的發(fā)展要求,職業(yè)院校應(yīng)加快推動(dòng)人才培養(yǎng)模式變革,以人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)變革為基礎(chǔ),從培養(yǎng)單一技能型人才轉(zhuǎn)向培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型、創(chuàng)新型技能人才;以教學(xué)內(nèi)容變革為依托,實(shí)施"專度"與"廣度"相協(xié)同的職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng);以教學(xué)方式變革為重點(diǎn),構(gòu)建"教、學(xué)、做"融通開放化的行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向型教學(xué)模式;以課程體系變革為要件,打造一套"制造業(yè)+"融合型的課程體系;以教學(xué)方法變革為手段,運(yùn)用信息化教學(xué)拓寬個(gè)性化學(xué)習(xí)方式;以實(shí)訓(xùn)基地變革為保障,建立與"中國制造2025"相契合的實(shí)訓(xùn)基地。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "made in China 2025", the demand for talents in the labor market presents some new features, such as high educational level, complex knowledge structure, and technical literacy practice. At the same time, the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry put forward an urgent need for innovative, intelligent, ecological and outstanding talents. In order to better meet the development requirements of "made in China 2025", vocational colleges and universities should speed up the reform of talent training mode, based on the change of talent training goal, from training single skilled talents to training compound type. Innovative skilled personnel; based on the reform of teaching content, to carry out the professional ability training of "specificity" and "breadth"; to build an open and open mode of "teaching, learning, doing" with the focus of teaching reform; Taking the reform of curriculum system as the requirement, creating a set of "manufacturing industry" integrated curriculum system, taking teaching method reform as the means, using information teaching to broaden the individualized learning method, taking the reform of practical training base as the guarantee, and taking the reform of practical training base as the guarantee, Set up a training base in line with "made in China 2025".
