職業(yè)教育校企合作有效性研究探析

【摘要】:正潘建華、宋芬在《黑龍江高教研究》2015年第9期中撰文,闡述了職業(yè)教育校企合作有效性及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了影響職業(yè)教育校企合作有效性的原因,總結(jié)了以德國(guó)案例為職業(yè)教育校企合作有效性的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了在勞動(dòng)力短缺背景下提高職業(yè)教育校企合作有效性的對(duì)策建議。首先,作者認(rèn)為校企合作中的有效性是指,職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的校企合作之后在工作場(chǎng)所中、在實(shí)際技能操作方面所獲得的進(jìn)步達(dá)到甚至高于預(yù)期的目標(biāo),能夠做到理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,促進(jìn)學(xué)生技能進(jìn)步使學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)得到更好的發(fā)
[Abstract]:Zheng Pan Jianhua, Song Fen, writing in the 9th term of Heilongjiang higher Education Research in 2015, expounds the effectiveness and standards of the cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises, and analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of vocational education schools and enterprises cooperation. This paper summarizes the international experience on the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education based on the German case, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education under the background of labor shortage. First of all, the author believes that the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation means that students in vocational schools have achieved even higher than expected goals in practical skills operation in the workplace after a period of school-enterprise cooperation. Be able to combine theory with practice and promote students' technical progress so that students' overall quality can be better developed.
