【摘要】：特色旅游是促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑,將湖湘文化特質(zhì)融入旅游人才培養(yǎng)的全過程,成為湖南旅游強(qiáng)省不可或缺的基本舉措。從湖湘文化特質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵入手,通過旅游類專業(yè)學(xué)生對湖湘文化知曉程度的調(diào)查分析,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了旅游人才職業(yè)素質(zhì)與能力要求。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了涵蓋核心課程體系、"雙平臺(tái)三層次四環(huán)節(jié)"遞進(jìn)式實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系、"浸潤式"校園文化培養(yǎng)體系和"多元化"的考核評(píng)價(jià)體系四個(gè)方面的融入湖湘文化特質(zhì)的"四位一體"旅游人才職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系,使人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和行業(yè)認(rèn)可度顯著提升。
[Abstract]:Characteristic tourism is an important way to promote the development of local tourism. It is an indispensable basic measure for Hunan to integrate the cultural characteristics of Hunan and Hunan into the whole process of cultivating tourism talents. Starting with the connotation of Huxiang culture, this paper systematically summarizes the professional quality and ability requirements of tourism talents through the investigation and analysis of the knowledge of Huxiang culture among the students majoring in tourism. On this basis, The paper designs four aspects, including the core curriculum system, the progressive practice teaching system of "double platform, three levels and four links", the "infiltrating" campus culture training system and the "pluralistic" assessment system, and the integration of Huxiang culture with the characteristics of Huxiang culture. The "four-in-one" tourism personnel professional quality training system, So that the quality of talent training and industry recognition significantly improved.
