安徽省某校中高職護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)意愿比較研究

【摘要】:研究背景隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,人口結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,全社會(huì)老齡人口的普遍增加,人民群眾對(duì)于醫(yī)療服務(wù)的需求也在日益增加,各級(jí)醫(yī)院在護(hù)理人員的招聘、培養(yǎng)、使用方面也隨著社會(huì)需求的導(dǎo)向而有所調(diào)整,而醫(yī)學(xué)類職業(yè)院校在各高校普遍擴(kuò)招的大背景下對(duì)護(hù)理專業(yè)的招生規(guī)模也有所擴(kuò)大,而學(xué)生的就業(yè)也開始逐步成為學(xué)校招生的重要導(dǎo)向依據(jù)。為了進(jìn)一步了解中高職護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)意愿并分析相關(guān)因素對(duì)擇業(yè)意向的影響,以便發(fā)現(xiàn)中高職護(hù)理專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)時(shí)存在的問題,加強(qiáng)其就業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),為職業(yè)院校更好的優(yōu)化專業(yè)設(shè)置,增強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生類職業(yè)院校的招生影響力及相關(guān)管理部門決策提供一定依據(jù)。研究目的通過對(duì)中、高職護(hù)生就業(yè)意愿的了解,分析就業(yè)意愿形成的相關(guān)影響因素,提出干預(yù)措施,幫助護(hù)生樹立正確擇業(yè)觀念、為醫(yī)學(xué)院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置、學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)及現(xiàn)有臨床護(hù)理人員不足的形勢(shì)提供問題解決依據(jù)。資料與方法本研究選取皖北衛(wèi)生職業(yè)學(xué)院中、高職護(hù)理專業(yè)即將赴臨床實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生作為研究對(duì)象,通過問卷調(diào)查的形式了解護(hù)生們的基本情況、家庭背景、求職意向及目前對(duì)學(xué)校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的意見和建議等問題。將數(shù)據(jù)錄入SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,采用了統(tǒng)計(jì)描述、卡方檢驗(yàn)、Logistic回歸分析等分析方法。主要結(jié)果1就業(yè)去向方面:54.5%的中高職護(hù)生的畢業(yè)去向選擇從事臨床護(hù)理工作,44.9%的中職護(hù)生首選繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí);69%的高職護(hù)生首選從事護(hù)理工作。2擇業(yè)影響因素:中高職護(hù)生優(yōu)先考慮的因素包括工作地點(diǎn)和工資薪酬;在就業(yè)起始月薪方面,近90%的護(hù)生考慮在1000-3000元范圍內(nèi)。3就業(yè)地域選擇方面:59%的高職生選擇在中小城市就業(yè),49%的中職護(hù)生選擇在大城市就業(yè),相較于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)基層,90.9%的中高職護(hù)生選擇在城市就業(yè)。對(duì)于基層就業(yè)的態(tài)度方面,76.3%的中高職護(hù)生表示可以考慮。4就業(yè)科室選擇方面,排名前三的科室分別為外科、手術(shù)室、兒科。5就業(yè)形勢(shì)認(rèn)知方面:對(duì)于護(hù)理專業(yè)就業(yè)形勢(shì)的總體認(rèn)知55.1%的中高職護(hù)生認(rèn)為就業(yè)形勢(shì)較好,30.8%的護(hù)生認(rèn)為就業(yè)形勢(shì)一般;在畢業(yè)后能否’找到工作的心態(tài)上,80.3%的中高職護(hù)生普遍認(rèn)為通過努力可以找到工作;同時(shí)近80%的護(hù)生認(rèn)為性別的因素在就業(yè)中影響較小,而71.2%的中高職護(hù)生認(rèn)為個(gè)人專業(yè)知識(shí)、操作技能是影響就業(yè)的最大因素;高職護(hù)生中23%的人群考慮學(xué)歷、個(gè)人榮譽(yù)、學(xué)校品牌也是重要影響因素。結(jié)論中職護(hù)生:(1)就業(yè)目標(biāo)具體,自我認(rèn)識(shí)不夠清晰,擇業(yè)期望值較高(2)擇業(yè)心理矛盾,主體意識(shí)不足,易受外界因素影響(3)擇業(yè)認(rèn)知不夠清晰,環(huán)境認(rèn)知不足、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)不足。高職護(hù)生:(1)就業(yè)心態(tài)理性,就業(yè)思路明確,價(jià)值取向較功利。(2)就業(yè)目標(biāo)明確,專業(yè)認(rèn)同感較高,就業(yè)途徑缺乏創(chuàng)新性。對(duì)策與建議(1)中職護(hù)生:積極樹立崇高的職業(yè)理想,科學(xué)的認(rèn)清職業(yè)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合當(dāng)前就業(yè)形勢(shì),做好自身定位,找尋自身不足,樹立正確擇業(yè)觀,發(fā)揮主觀能動(dòng)性,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新的就業(yè)意識(shí)。(2)高職護(hù)生:積極樹立正確的價(jià)值觀,強(qiáng)化內(nèi)在,打牢“基本功”,有全局意識(shí),充分認(rèn)清就業(yè)形勢(shì),發(fā)掘提升個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)的潛力,創(chuàng)新就業(yè)思路,多方位、多角度尋求就業(yè)出路。(3)職業(yè)院校:應(yīng)注重分析招生、就業(yè)形勢(shì),全方位優(yōu)化內(nèi)外環(huán)境,不斷深化教學(xué)改革,加強(qiáng)教育教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié);調(diào)整人才培養(yǎng)模式,理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合,注重學(xué)生自身綜合素質(zhì)提升;充分利用新媒體等途徑,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生求職、就業(yè)技能培訓(xùn),以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,做好綜合服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the society, the change of the population structure, the increasing population of the whole society and the increasing demand of the people for medical service, the recruitment, training and use of nurses at all levels have also been adjusted with the guidance of the social demand, and the medical vocational colleges are in various colleges and universities. In the context of the expansion of enrollment, the enrollment scale of nursing specialty has also been expanded, and the employment of students has gradually become an important guide for school enrollment. In order to further understand the employment intention of nursing students in Higher Vocational Colleges and to analyze the influence of relevant factors on the job hunting intention, so as to find out the employment of nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges. The existing problems, strengthen the training of their employment ability, for the vocational colleges and universities to better optimize the professional setting, enhance the enrollment influence of health vocational colleges and the relevant management departments to provide a certain basis. To help the nursing students to set up a correct concept of job hunting, to provide the basis for the problem solving basis for the medical colleges and universities, the students' employment guidance and the deficiency of the existing clinical nursing staff. In the form of the survey, we know the basic situation of the nursing students, the family background, the job hunting intention and the opinions and suggestions on the employment guidance of the school. The data are recorded into the SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis, the statistical description, the chi square test and the Logistic regression analysis are adopted. 1 main results: 54.5% of the employment direction: 44.9% of the secondary vocational nursing students first chose to continue to study in clinical nursing, and 69% of the primary vocational nursing students were first selected to be engaged in the influence factors of the.2 job selection: the priority factors of the nursing students in the Middle Vocational College included the working place and salary salary; in the beginning of the monthly salary, nearly 90% of the nursing students were considered in 1000-300. The overall cognition of the nursing professional employment situation was 55.1% of the higher vocational nursing students think that the employment situation was better, and 30.8% of the nursing students thought that the employment situation was general; in the case of whether to find a job after graduation, 80.3% of the middle vocational nursing students generally believed that the nursing students were able to find a job after graduation. Work can be found through efforts; at the same time, nearly 80% of the nursing students think that gender factors have little impact on employment, while 71.2% of the middle vocational nursing students think that personal professional knowledge and operational skills are the most influential factors for employment; 23% of the higher vocational nursing students consider education, personal honor and school brand as an important factor. Nursing students: (1) the target of employment is specific, self understanding is not clear enough, the value of career expectation is higher (2) the psychological contradiction of job selection, the subjective consciousness is insufficient, the external factors are easily affected (3) the lack of understanding of the job selection, the lack of environmental cognition, and the lack of entrepreneurial consciousness.
