【摘要】:頂崗實(shí)習(xí)是中職學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),直接決定了中職教育質(zhì)量,影響到中職教育效果。為確保頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量,2016年4月教育部等三部門聯(lián)合制定了《職業(yè)院校學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理辦法》,明確了頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的性質(zhì)、目的及意義。落實(shí)教育部有關(guān)職業(yè)院校學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)相關(guān)規(guī)定,進(jìn)一步提升中職教育質(zhì)量,需做好中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)及保障工作。本研究系統(tǒng)總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)研究與實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)是具有中國(guó)特色的職業(yè)教育學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)制度,是實(shí)現(xiàn)“校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合”人才培養(yǎng)模式的有效途徑,是國(guó)外合作教育、產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作等的本土化改造,也是立足我國(guó)實(shí)際,借鑒德國(guó)“雙元制”職業(yè)教育模式的具體推行策略,必須動(dòng)員社會(huì)各界力量,全力做好這項(xiàng)工作。本研究基于CIPP評(píng)價(jià)理論,綜合運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等研究方法,將中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量設(shè)置為4項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)、21項(xiàng)三級(jí)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用層次分析(AHP)法,確定各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,構(gòu)建中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型,提出該模型的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用方法及相關(guān)事項(xiàng)。本研究運(yùn)用DEMATEL分析法,確定了影響中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量的主要因素,并對(duì)各影響因素的影響度、被影響度、原因度、中心度進(jìn)行了分析。針對(duì)影響中職教育質(zhì)量的核心要素,從政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生等主體視角,提出了相應(yīng)的主體機(jī)制、目標(biāo)機(jī)制、對(duì)象機(jī)制與授權(quán)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量保障機(jī)制極其運(yùn)行辦法。本研究認(rèn)為,加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),可實(shí)現(xiàn)“以評(píng)促改”的目的,全面提升中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量乃至中職教育整體質(zhì)量。加強(qiáng)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量保障,可有效提高中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的積極性,強(qiáng)化相關(guān)主體的責(zé)任感,提升頂崗實(shí)習(xí)效果,為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型以及推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革提供重要人力資源支撐。本研究成果可供各級(jí)政府職業(yè)教育管理及相關(guān)部門決策參考,供中職學(xué)校及相關(guān)主體直接運(yùn)用于中職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Post practice is an important link in the training of secondary vocational school talents, which directly determines the quality of secondary vocational education and affects the effect of secondary vocational education. In order to ensure the quality of job placement practice, in April 2016, the Ministry of Education and other three departments jointly formulated the "measures for Management of students' practice in Vocational Colleges", which clarified the nature, purpose and significance of job placement practice. In order to further improve the quality of secondary vocational education, it is necessary to do a good job in evaluating and ensuring the quality of vocational school students' on-the-job practice in order to carry out the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on the practice of students in vocational colleges and universities. This study systematically summarizes the current situation of the research and practice of the post placement practice of secondary vocational school students at home and abroad, and considers that the post placement practice of secondary vocational school students is the practice system of vocational education students with Chinese characteristics, and it is the realization of "cooperation between schools and enterprises". The effective way of combining work-learning with "talent training mode" is the localization transformation of foreign cooperative education, industry-university-research cooperation and so on. It is also a concrete implementation strategy of Germany's "dual system" vocational education model based on the reality of our country. We must mobilize all sectors of society to do a good job of this work. Based on the theory of CIPP evaluation and comprehensive use of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this study sets the quality of job placement practice of secondary vocational school students into 4 secondary indicators and 21 third-order indexes, and constructs the quality index system of vocational school students' job placement practice. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, the weight of each index is determined, and the evaluation model of the quality of vocational school students' on-the-job practice is constructed, and the practical application method and related items of the model are put forward. This study uses DEMATEL analysis method to determine the main factors that affect the quality of vocational school students' job placement practice, and analyzes the influence degree, affected degree, cause degree and center degree of the influencing factors. In view of the core factors affecting the quality of secondary vocational education, from the perspective of the government, enterprises, schools, students and so on, this paper puts forward the corresponding main mechanism and target mechanism. The object mechanism and the authorization evaluation mechanism and so on secondary vocational school students practice quality guarantee mechanism and the operation method. This study holds that strengthening the evaluation of the quality of post placement practice of secondary vocational school students can achieve the purpose of "promoting reform by evaluation" and comprehensively improve the quality of internship of secondary vocational school students and even the overall quality of secondary vocational education. Strengthening the quality guarantee of the post practice can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the secondary vocational school students, strengthen the responsibility of the relevant subjects, and promote the effect of the post practice. Provide important human resource support for our country's economic transformation and promote the structural reform on the supply side. The results of this study can be used as reference for the management of vocational education at all levels and decision-making of relevant departments, and for the direct application of vocational schools and related subjects to the practice of vocational school students' on-the-job practice.
