【摘要】：依法治理是基于厘清和界定相關(guān)主體法律關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上的民主化、法治化、科學(xué)化治理,推進(jìn)高職院校依法治理,需要法人自治,實現(xiàn)政校關(guān)系中學(xué)校辦學(xué)自主權(quán)與政府宏觀管理的平衡;合作共治,實現(xiàn)行業(yè)企業(yè)與學(xué)校關(guān)系中責(zé)權(quán)利的平衡;分權(quán)共治,實現(xiàn)師生員工與學(xué)校關(guān)系中權(quán)力(利)保障與訴求滿足的平衡。
[Abstract]:Governance by law is based on the democratization, rule of law and scientific governance on the basis of clarifying and defining the legal relations of relevant subjects, and the promotion of legal governance in higher vocational colleges requires the autonomy of legal persons. To achieve the balance between school autonomy and government macro management in the relationship between government and school; to achieve the balance of responsibility and rights in the relationship between enterprises and schools; to achieve the balance of responsibility and rights in the relationship between enterprises and schools; To achieve the balance of power (interest) guarantee and demand satisfaction in the relationship between teachers, students and schools.
