【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展迅速,各省市相繼開(kāi)辦了中等職業(yè)教育園區(qū),中等職業(yè)教育育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展不管是在理論上還是實(shí)踐上都取得了重要突破。且中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都非常重要,如何因勢(shì)利導(dǎo)、因地制宜,讓中等職業(yè)教育育集團(tuán)化成為我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重要形式是擺在我們面前的重大課題。曲靖市作為云南重要的農(nóng)商結(jié)合城市,經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展使得技術(shù)人才的需求呈幾何倍增長(zhǎng),但由于高中擴(kuò)招、政府重視程度不夠等原因,曲靖中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展形勢(shì)舉步維艱,曲靖市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化正是在此背景下提出的。首先,本文在借助教育經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育管理、公共服務(wù)理論,對(duì)集團(tuán)化教學(xué)、中等職業(yè)教育、中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化的基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了解析,對(duì)曲靖市職業(yè)教育發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了追溯和回顧,得出了曲靖市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展具有客觀必然性的結(jié)論,這也是本文的研究主旨。另外,本文通過(guò)案例的形式對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究,研究了各城市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的思路、目標(biāo)以及重難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,為曲靖市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展提供了新思路和理論指導(dǎo)。本文主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究、比較分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析法對(duì)曲靖市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析和研究,以曲靖市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和取得的成效為研究對(duì)象,借鑒了一些國(guó)內(nèi)外城市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)曲靖市中等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展提出了一些問(wèn)題,最后提出了創(chuàng)新校企合作模式建立多層次合作、立足服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)特色專業(yè)等一系列解決辦法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, vocational education in China has developed rapidly, and various provinces and cities have opened secondary vocational education parks one after another. The group development of secondary vocational education has made important breakthroughs both in theory and in practice. And the group development of secondary vocational education is very important to our education and economic development. It is an important subject in front of us to make secondary vocational education collectivization become an important form of vocational education development in our country. Qujing is an important agricultural and commercial city in Yunnan Province. With the rapid development of economy, the demand for technical talents has increased exponentially. However, due to the expansion of senior high school enrollment and insufficient attention by the government, the development of secondary vocational education in Qujing is in a difficult situation. Qujing secondary vocational education collectivization is put forward under this background. First of all, with the aid of education economy, education management and public service theory, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of collectivization teaching, secondary vocational education and secondary vocational education. This paper traces and reviews the development of vocational education in Qujing, and draws the conclusion that the collectivization of secondary vocational education in Qujing is objective and inevitable, which is also the main purpose of this paper. In addition, this paper studies the development of urban secondary vocational education collectivization at home and abroad through the form of cases, and studies the ideas, objectives and important and difficult problems of the development of secondary vocational education in various cities. It provides new ideas and theoretical guidance for the development of secondary vocational education group in Qujing City. This paper mainly uses literature research, comparative analysis and data analysis to analyze and study the present situation and development of secondary vocational education group in Qujing. Taking the present situation and achievements of the collectivization of secondary vocational education in Qujing as the research object, the author draws lessons from the development experience of the collectivization of the secondary vocational education in some cities at home and abroad. This paper puts forward some problems for the collectivization development of secondary vocational education in Qujing, and finally puts forward a series of solutions such as innovating the cooperation mode of school and enterprise and establishing multi-level cooperation, which is based on the specialty of regional economic development.
