高職實(shí)用寫作的有效教學(xué)研究

【摘要】:高職院校開設(shè)的實(shí)用寫作課對(duì)于提升學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)能力發(fā)揮著不可忽視的作用,同時(shí),高職實(shí)用寫作課堂的有效性教學(xué)也是深化課程改革和提升高職教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵;诟呗氃盒(shí)用寫作課的重要性和教學(xué)中普遍存在的低效和無(wú)效問(wèn)題,本文從具體的教學(xué)實(shí)際和案例出發(fā),通過(guò)分析影響高職實(shí)用寫作有效教學(xué)的因素,提出提升高職實(shí)用寫作有效教學(xué)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。 本文將通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析和調(diào)查研究的方式展開具體的研究。論文主要由三部分組成: 第一章是高職實(shí)用寫作教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀。首先根據(jù)與老師、學(xué)生進(jìn)行課程座談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果對(duì)目前的高職實(shí)用寫作教學(xué)情況做一個(gè)綜述,以期全面、客觀地呈現(xiàn)高職實(shí)用寫作教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀。其次,針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀中暴露的問(wèn)題從教師、學(xué)生、教材和教學(xué)環(huán)境等方面展開研究,并通過(guò)分析造成高職實(shí)用寫作低效教學(xué)的原因?yàn)橄乱徊降奶岢鰧?duì)策做好鋪墊。 第二章是高職實(shí)用寫作有效教學(xué)研究的目的與意義。首先,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于有效教學(xué)的研究成果提出對(duì)有效教學(xué)的看法,即教學(xué)要做到有效果、有效益、有效率;其次,著重分析有效教學(xué)對(duì)于高職實(shí)用寫作的意義,文章從順應(yīng)教育改革發(fā)展形勢(shì)、促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展、完善高職寫作教學(xué)體系三個(gè)維度展開論述,期望引起各界對(duì)于高職實(shí)用寫作有效教學(xué)的重視。 第三章是高職實(shí)用寫作有效教學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)策略。這一章是全文的重點(diǎn),主要圍繞著影響高職實(shí)用寫作有效教學(xué)的因素提出相應(yīng)的解決策略。文章從教學(xué)對(duì)象、課堂設(shè)計(jì)、教師素養(yǎng)和教學(xué)體制四個(gè)方面提出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略:第一,關(guān)注教學(xué)對(duì)象是基礎(chǔ),本節(jié)從學(xué)生的需求和教育的目的出發(fā),提出能夠充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體作用的相應(yīng)策略;第二,搞好課堂設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)鍵,為了提高課堂效率,教師需要從創(chuàng)設(shè)有效教學(xué)情境、建構(gòu)有效交流平臺(tái)、組織有效教學(xué)體驗(yàn)和發(fā)揮課程資源優(yōu)勢(shì)四個(gè)方面著手組織課堂;第三,提高教師素養(yǎng)是根本,這一節(jié)提出了教師要轉(zhuǎn)變課堂教學(xué)觀念,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)反思,學(xué)校要組織教學(xué)培訓(xùn)和交流這三種辦法;第四,完善教學(xué)體制是保障,本節(jié)從創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、優(yōu)化教材建設(shè)和改善教學(xué)條件三個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。 總之,高職實(shí)用寫作的有效教學(xué)研究不僅有利于完善高職實(shí)用寫作的教學(xué)理論,它對(duì)于推動(dòng)高職院校的教學(xué)改革也具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The practical writing course offered in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in enhancing students' humanistic literacy and professional ability. At the same time, the effective teaching of practical writing classroom in higher vocational colleges is the key to deepening the curriculum reform and improving the teaching quality of higher vocational education. Based on the importance of practical writing course in higher vocational colleges and the problems of inefficiency and ineffectiveness in teaching, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges from the specific teaching practice and cases. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. This article will carry on the concrete research through the data analysis and the investigation research way. The thesis consists of three parts: The first chapter is the present situation of practical writing teaching in higher vocational colleges. First of all, according to the results of course discussion and questionnaire survey with teachers and students, this paper summarizes the current teaching situation of practical writing in higher vocational colleges in order to present the present situation of practical writing teaching in higher vocational colleges comprehensively and objectively. Secondly, the problems exposed in the current situation from teachers, students, teaching materials and teaching environment, and through the analysis of the causes of practical writing inefficient teaching for the next step to lay the groundwork for the next step. The second chapter is the purpose and significance of effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. First of all, combined with the research results of effective teaching at home and abroad, the author puts forward the views on effective teaching, that is, teaching should be effective, effective and efficient; secondly, the significance of effective teaching for practical writing in higher vocational education is analyzed emphatically. This paper discusses the three dimensions of adapting to the development situation of education reform, promoting the development of students' personality and perfecting the teaching system of writing in higher vocational colleges, in the hope that all walks of life will attach importance to the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. The third chapter is the effective teaching strategies of practical writing in higher vocational colleges. This chapter is the focus of the full text, mainly around the factors that affect the effective teaching of practical writing in higher vocational education. This article puts forward the countermeasures from four aspects: first, paying attention to the teaching object is the foundation, this section starts from the students' needs and the purpose of education, and puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of teaching object, classroom design, teacher's accomplishment and teaching system: first, paying attention to the teaching object is the foundation. In order to improve classroom efficiency, teachers should create effective teaching situation and construct effective communication platform. Organizing effective teaching experience and giving full play to the advantages of curriculum resources to organize classroom; third, improving teachers' literacy is fundamental. This section proposes that teachers should change their teaching concepts and strengthen teaching reflection. The school should organize the teaching training and exchange these three methods; fourth, perfect the teaching system is the guarantee, this section puts forward the corresponding countermeasure from three aspects: innovating the evaluation mechanism, optimizing the construction of the teaching material and improving the teaching condition. In a word, the effective teaching research of practical writing in higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to perfecting the teaching theory of practical writing in higher vocational colleges, but also of great significance to promoting the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
