【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化,企業(yè)對(duì)各類技能人才的需求出現(xiàn)了大幅度增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),同時(shí)也對(duì)技能人才隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)提出了新的更高的要求。然而,在人才供求關(guān)系鏈中凸現(xiàn)出一個(gè)薄弱環(huán)節(jié),就是我國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)了技能人才、特別是高層次技能人才嚴(yán)重短缺的局面,有些企業(yè)因?yàn)槿狈夹g(shù)工人,從而影響了其發(fā)展進(jìn)程和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 技能人才大部分是由高職教育培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的,這就給高職教育提出了一個(gè)新的課題：完善和改革現(xiàn)有的人才培養(yǎng)模式,滿足國(guó)家、社會(huì)和企業(yè)的需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)技能人才從學(xué)校到企業(yè)的良好對(duì)接。 沈陽(yáng)航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院作為一所高職院校,同樣面臨著人才培養(yǎng)和社會(huì)需求之間的矛盾。本文將以高職訂單式人才培養(yǎng)模式的相關(guān)理論為起點(diǎn),對(duì)高職訂單式人才模式的內(nèi)涵、特征、培養(yǎng)過(guò)程等進(jìn)行分析研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)沈陽(yáng)航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)方面存在的問(wèn)題,從指導(dǎo)思想、前期準(zhǔn)備、教學(xué)框架、教學(xué)計(jì)劃、教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控幾方面建立訂單式人才培養(yǎng)模式,最后提出相應(yīng)的運(yùn)行實(shí)施措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous optimization of the industrial structure, the demand for all kinds of skilled talents has been greatly increased and a new and higher requirement has been put forward for the quality of skilled personnel. However, a weak link has been raised in the chain of talent supply and demand relations, which is our country. The labor market has a situation of skilled personnel, especially the serious shortage of high-level skilled personnel. Some enterprises have affected their development and competitiveness because of the lack of skilled workers.
Most of the skilled personnel are trained by higher vocational education, which puts forward a new topic for Higher Vocational Education: to improve and reform the existing training mode of talents, to meet the needs of the state, society and enterprises, and to achieve a good docking of skilled personnel from school to enterprise.
As a higher vocational college, Shenyang Aviation Vocational Technical College is also faced with the contradiction between talent training and social needs. This article will take the related theory of the training mode of Higher Vocational order talent training as the starting point, and analyze the connotation, characteristics and training process of Higher Vocational order talent model. On this basis, the Shenyang aviation job is on the basis of the analysis. The present situation of talent training in the Institute of technology is analyzed, and the problems existing in the training of talents are found. The training mode of order talents is established from guiding ideology, pre preparation, teaching framework, teaching plan and teaching quality monitoring. Finally, the corresponding operation measures are put forward.
