縣級職教中心專業(yè)課教師隊伍建設(shè)的問題與對策研究

【摘要】:每所學(xué)校的發(fā)展都離不開教師,教師資源是學(xué)校的財富。中等職業(yè)教育是以培養(yǎng)專業(yè)技能型人才為主的教育類型,專業(yè)化是特色所在。專業(yè)課教師隊伍的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量都直接影響著專業(yè)教學(xué)、專業(yè)建設(shè),進(jìn)而影響學(xué)校的持續(xù)、良性發(fā)展。因此專業(yè)課教師資源是職校的核心力量,做好專業(yè)教師隊伍建設(shè)工作是發(fā)展職教的緊迫、重要任務(wù),而面向農(nóng)村辦學(xué)的中職教育機構(gòu)——縣級職教中心,專業(yè)課教師隊伍現(xiàn)況如何?學(xué)校發(fā)展怎樣?在當(dāng)前專業(yè)性人才供不應(yīng)求的社會現(xiàn)實背景下具有非凡影響。所以本文從宏觀上立足中等職業(yè)教育這一教育類型,微觀層面定位近年日漸得到重視、面向農(nóng)村辦學(xué)的縣級職教中心,,研究對象為專業(yè)課教師隊伍,研究問題為專業(yè)課教師隊伍建設(shè)情況。 本文運用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法(問卷調(diào)查、訪談)、比較法對縣級職教中心專業(yè)課教師隊伍建設(shè)中的問題進(jìn)行研究,研究內(nèi)容包括六大部分。第一部分前言,包括研究背景、問題、價值、意義及相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述;第二部分理論闡釋,包括教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論及職校師資隊伍建設(shè)的理論配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、要求,并總結(jié)有關(guān)職教師資隊伍建設(shè)的政策依據(jù);第三部分縣級職教中心專業(yè)課教師隊伍現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,包括所調(diào)研四所職教中心的發(fā)展現(xiàn)況及各項數(shù)據(jù)分析;第四部分問題歸納,包括實地調(diào)研中分析、比較發(fā)現(xiàn)各校專業(yè)課師資隊伍建設(shè)中各方面問題陳述;第五部分歸因分析,包括直接或間接影響縣級職教中心專業(yè)課教師隊伍建設(shè)的因素分析、探究;第六部分提出相應(yīng)對策,包括從制度層面、專業(yè)化層面、職前職后體系建設(shè)層面、數(shù)量層面等方面提升專業(yè)課師資隊伍建設(shè)的策略。
[Abstract]:The development of every school is inseparable from teachers, teacher resources are the wealth of the school. Secondary vocational education is a type of education which focuses on the cultivation of skilled talents, and specialization is the characteristic. The quantity and quality of teachers directly affect the professional teaching and construction, and then affect the sustainable and healthy development of the school. Therefore, professional teacher resources are the core strength of vocational schools, and it is an urgent and important task to develop vocational education by doing a good job in the construction of professional teachers, and the vocational education center at county level, which is a secondary vocational education institution for running a school in rural areas, What is the status of professional teachers? How's the school going? In the current professional talent supply in short supply of social reality under the background of extraordinary impact. Therefore, this article is based on the secondary vocational education as a type of education macroscopically. In recent years, the micro-level orientation has been paid more and more attention to. The research object is the contingent of specialized teachers, which is oriented to the county level vocational education center of running a school in the countryside. The research problem is the construction of professional teachers. This paper uses the literature method, the investigation method (questionnaire survey, interview, comparative method) to study the problems in the construction of professional class teachers in the county vocational education center. The research content includes six parts. The first part is foreword, including the research background, problems, value, significance and related literature review, the second part of the theoretical interpretation, including the theory of professional development of teachers and the theoretical allocation of vocational school teachers, requirements, The third part is about the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the professional teaching staff in the county vocational education center, including the development of the four vocational education centers investigated and the analysis of the data. The fourth part of the question induction, including the field investigation analysis, found each school specialized class teacher team construction each aspect question statement; the fifth part attribution analysis, Including the direct or indirect impact on the construction of professional teachers in the county vocational education center factor analysis, explore; the sixth part of the corresponding countermeasures, including from the system level, professional level, pre-service and post-service system construction level, The strategy of improving the teaching staff construction in the aspect of quantity and so on.
