【摘要】:職業(yè)道德廣泛滲透于職業(yè)活動(dòng)的各個(gè)方面,是人類社會(huì)生活中最普遍、最基本的道德規(guī)范之一,對(duì)各行各業(yè)的從業(yè)者具有引導(dǎo)和約束作用,同時(shí)保障著社會(huì)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、有序發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,社會(huì)分工越來(lái)越細(xì)、職業(yè)活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域越來(lái)越廣,職業(yè)道德在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的作用越來(lái)越重要。但與此同時(shí),職業(yè)道德領(lǐng)域的失范現(xiàn)象屢見(jiàn)不鮮,職業(yè)道德教育的現(xiàn)狀和效果令人堪憂,嚴(yán)重影響著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展和社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值,作為一名求學(xué)者,我愿作此方面的嘗試,以期拋磚引玉。 本文以馬克思主義職業(yè)道德教育理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、階級(jí)分析法、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,在對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的理論來(lái)源和現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理、深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步對(duì)職業(yè)道德教育各相關(guān)要素包括職業(yè)道德教育的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、載體、環(huán)境、方法等進(jìn)行了詳盡剖析。全文包括導(dǎo)言和正文兩大部分,其中正文共由六章組成。 導(dǎo)言部分主要闡明了研究的意義、相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法。 第一章,當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的理論來(lái)源和現(xiàn)狀分析,在對(duì)職業(yè)道德教育的根本性、基礎(chǔ)性理論來(lái)源——馬克思主義及其中國(guó)化職業(yè)道德教育理論以及民族性、傳承性理論來(lái)源——中華民族傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)道德教育理論的優(yōu)秀成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的現(xiàn)狀及其成因進(jìn)行了全面而深入的分析,以期奠定當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育研究的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。 第二章,當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的目標(biāo),主要包括當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育目標(biāo)確立的意義與依據(jù)、職業(yè)道德教育的基本目標(biāo)、實(shí)施職業(yè)道德教育目標(biāo)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的主要原則等方面內(nèi)容。 第三章,當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的內(nèi)容,主要探討了完善當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育內(nèi)容的必要性、構(gòu)建職業(yè)道德教育內(nèi)容的基本要求、職業(yè)道德教育的規(guī)范性內(nèi)容等問(wèn)題。 第四章,當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的載體,主要包括職業(yè)道德教育載體開(kāi)發(fā)的重要價(jià)值、職業(yè)道德教育載體的本質(zhì)特征、當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育載體開(kāi)發(fā)與利用的有效路徑等方面內(nèi)容。 第五章,當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的環(huán)境,主要包括當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育環(huán)境優(yōu)化的必要性和可能性、職業(yè)道德教育環(huán)境優(yōu)化的有效路徑兩方面內(nèi)容。 第六章,當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)道德教育的方法,主要闡明了職業(yè)道德教育方法的基本特征、改善職業(yè)道德教育方法的重要性、職業(yè)道德教育方法繼承與創(chuàng)新的有效路徑,以及職業(yè)道德教育評(píng)估的必要性及有效路徑等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is one of the most common and basic moral norms in human social life, which is widely permeated in all aspects of professional activities. It has the function of guiding and restricting the practitioners of various industries, and at the same time, it ensures the continuity and stability of the society. Orderly development. Under the conditions of economic globalization and market economy, the social division of labor is becoming more and more fine, the field of professional activity is becoming wider and wider, and the role of professional ethics in economic and social development is becoming more and more important. However, at the same time, the abnormal phenomenon in the field of professional ethics is common, and the present situation and effect of professional ethics education are worrying, which seriously affects the healthy development of socialist market economy and the harmony and stability of the society. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry on the systematic research on the current Chinese professional ethics education. As a scholar, I would like to try in this respect in order to offer some valuable ideas. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of professional ethics education, this paper applies the method of systematic analysis, literature research, class analysis, the combination of theory and practice. On the basis of a systematic analysis of the theoretical sources and practical conditions of the current professional ethics education in China, and on the basis of in-depth analysis, this paper further analyzes the relevant elements of professional ethics education, including the objectives, contents, carriers and environments of professional ethics education. The methods were analyzed in detail. The full text includes the introduction and the text two parts, in which the text altogether consists of six chapters. The introduction mainly expounds the significance of the research, the connotation of the related concepts, the current research situation at home and abroad, and the main contents and methods of the research. The first chapter, the theoretical source and current situation of China's professional ethics education, in the fundamental, basic theoretical source of professional ethics education-Marxism and its Chinese professional ethics education theory and nationality, On the basis of systematical analysis of the excellent achievements of the traditional Chinese professional ethics education theory, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the current situation and causes of China's professional ethics education. In order to lay the current Chinese professional ethics education research theoretical basis and practical basis. The second chapter, the goal of the current Chinese professional ethics education, mainly includes the significance and the basis of the establishment of the current Chinese professional ethics education goal, the basic goal of the professional ethics education. The main principles that should be adhered to in the implementation of the goal of professional ethics education.
