五年制高職學(xué)校師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀和對(duì)策

【摘要】:本文根據(jù)當(dāng)前社會(huì)師生關(guān)系新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以蘇州某校為例,闡述五年制高職院校師生關(guān)系中存在的矛盾現(xiàn)狀以及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。文章從公共課教師、專業(yè)教師以及班級(jí)管理者的角度出發(fā),指出擔(dān)任教學(xué)任務(wù)的教師與學(xué)生之間的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題:(1)公共課教師與學(xué)生缺少交流;(2)專職教師對(duì)學(xué)生的期望值過(guò)高;(3)學(xué)生對(duì)待任課教師出現(xiàn)兩極分化現(xiàn)象。側(cè)重指出班級(jí)管理者與學(xué)生之間的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題:(1)班主任工作缺乏主動(dòng)性;(2)班主任缺乏雙向交流;(3)學(xué)生角色定位錯(cuò)誤。 由此,分析了任課教師與學(xué)生之間出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的主要原因:(1)公共課教師教學(xué)形式較為單一;(2)公共課教師授課缺乏激情;(3)專職教師教學(xué)方法不當(dāng);(4)專職教師教學(xué)形式缺乏新意;(5)人際交往素質(zhì)不高;(6)學(xué)生對(duì)教師的期望理想化。也著重分析班級(jí)管理者與學(xué)生之間存在問(wèn)題的原因:(1)社會(huì)功利性負(fù)面影響;(2)受家庭教育的影響;(3)班主任缺少用心的教育(4)學(xué)生迷戀網(wǎng)絡(luò),缺少主動(dòng)溝通;(5)學(xué)生個(gè)性差異明顯。 文章最后,針對(duì)師生關(guān)系存在的矛盾現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)生原因的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)的查閱,提出了作者自己的觀點(diǎn)和如何改善關(guān)系的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:According to the new development trend of the teacher-student relationship in the society at present, taking a certain school in Suzhou as an example, this paper expounds the present situation of the contradiction in the teacher-student relationship of the five-year higher vocational colleges and the corresponding countermeasures. From the perspective of public course teachers, professional teachers and class managers, It is pointed out that the current situation between teachers and students in teaching tasks is: 1) the lack of communication between teachers and students in public courses (2) the high expectations of full-time teachers towards students (3) the phenomenon of polarization in students' treatment of teachers. Emphasis is placed on pointing out the current situation between the class manager and the students: (1) the lack of initiative in the work of the head teacher; (2) the lack of two-way communication between the teacher in charge of the class; (3) the misorientation of the student's role. As a result, This paper analyzes on the main causes of the problems between teachers and students: 1) the teaching form of public teachers is relatively simple and 2) the lack of passion in teaching of public courses 3) the improper teaching methods of full-time teachers and the lack of new teaching forms for full-time teachers. (6) students' expectations of teachers are idealized. It also analyzes the reasons why there are problems between class managers and students: 1) negative influence of social utilitarianism. 2) lack of education by family education. (4) students infatuated with network and lack of active communication. 5) students' personality differences are obvious. Finally, on the basis of the current situation and causes of the contradiction between teachers and students, the author puts forward his own views and countermeasures to improve the relationship through investigation and literature review.
