高職院校職業(yè)道德教育的現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)道德是社會各個行業(yè)各個崗位具體工作對員工的內(nèi)在條件要求,是體現(xiàn)一個員工綜合職業(yè)能力的重要指標(biāo)。特別是隨著我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的智能化進(jìn)程的加速以及企業(yè)技術(shù)的全面升級,對新型技術(shù)技能人才提出了更高的職業(yè)道德要求。高層次職業(yè)型人才不僅要具備豐富的專業(yè)理論性知識和熟練操作的職業(yè)技能,更必需擁有較高的職業(yè)道德。因此,為響應(yīng)社會人才需求的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高職院校勢必要增強(qiáng)學(xué)校教學(xué)管理的各項功能,突顯教育效果。培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會行業(yè)崗位要求的高素質(zhì)職業(yè)學(xué)生不但是高職院校培育人才的使命,也是促進(jìn)高職院校教學(xué)管理途徑的緊迫任務(wù)。本論文首先在緒論部分論述選題的背景和意義并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述,對研究思路及方法給予了簡單說明,對研究所涉及的一些核心概念進(jìn)行了必要的界定。然后在第二部分中首先以國內(nèi)外關(guān)于職業(yè)道德教育領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論思想,包括道德認(rèn)知理論、班杜拉觀察學(xué)習(xí)理論、黃炎培職業(yè)道德教育理論思想為研究的理論基礎(chǔ),旨在體現(xiàn)職業(yè)道德教育的必要性。第三部分在統(tǒng)計分析對各高職院校專業(yè)教師、教學(xué)管理人員企業(yè)實訓(xùn)老師關(guān)于當(dāng)前職業(yè)道德教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研訪談資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合各院校職業(yè)道德教育的實際情況,從不同視角進(jìn)行條理分析。根據(jù)對上文原因的綜合分析,第四部分著重從高職院校的層面,針對職業(yè)道德教育,給出一些對策建議,即在更新教學(xué)理念、改革課程設(shè)置、明確教育目標(biāo)、完善評價機(jī)制、加大教育投入等多方面提出對策建議。希望這些對策建議能夠在高職院校教學(xué)實踐中得到進(jìn)一步的驗證和完善,同時,也希望能對將來更多學(xué)者的研究提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the internal requirement of the specific work of every position in the society, and it is also an important indicator to reflect the comprehensive professional ability of an employee. In particular, with the acceleration of the intelligent process of industrial development and the overall upgrading of enterprise technology, a higher professional ethics requirement has been put forward for the new type of skilled technical personnel. High level professional talents should not only have rich professional theory knowledge and skilled operation skills, but also have higher professional ethics. Therefore, in order to respond to the new standards of social talent demand, higher vocational colleges must strengthen the functions of school teaching management and highlight the educational effect. It is not only the mission of higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents, but also the urgent task to promote the ways of teaching management in higher vocational colleges. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the topic in the introduction part, and carries on the related literature review, gives the simple explanation to the research thought and the method, has carried on the necessary definition to some core concepts involved in the research. Then, in the second part, the theoretical foundation of the research is based on the related theories of professional ethics education at home and abroad, including the theory of moral cognition, the theory of observation and learning by Bandura, and the theory of professional ethics education of Huang Yanpei. The aim is to reflect the necessity of professional ethics education. The third part of the statistical analysis of professional teachers, teaching managers on the basis of the current situation of professional ethics education, combined with the actual situation of professional ethics education. Make a systematic analysis from different perspectives. According to the comprehensive analysis of the reasons above, the fourth part focuses on the level of higher vocational colleges, in view of professional ethics education, gives some countermeasures and suggestions, that is, to update the teaching concept, reform the curriculum, clarify the educational objectives, and improve the evaluation mechanism. To increase the investment in education and other aspects to put forward countermeasures. It is hoped that these countermeasures and suggestions can be further verified and perfected in the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges, and at the same time, it also hopes to provide some references for more scholars in the future.
