【摘要】：研究中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的影響因素可以為制定全國統(tǒng)一的符合中等職業(yè)教育特點的人員編制標(biāo)準提供理論參考與決策咨詢。 論文的主要目是對可能影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的因素,進行統(tǒng)計分析,得出影響中職學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的因素。 在研究過程中,文章首先梳理了歷年來有關(guān)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的政策,得出可能的影響因素有專業(yè)類別、課程類型、學(xué)校等級、區(qū)域差異、學(xué)校規(guī)模、生師比、生員比、班額、教師工作量、內(nèi)設(shè)機構(gòu)、校級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職數(shù)和兼職教師。其次根據(jù)所得因素,自編中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準研究問卷,對有關(guān)中職學(xué)校人員編制的行政部門和部分中等職業(yè)學(xué)校進行調(diào)研,將所得數(shù)據(jù)進行頻數(shù)分布分析、因子分析、方差分析和獨立性檢驗等統(tǒng)計分析。最后根據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果,探討各因素是否影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準,得出結(jié)論。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),有五類因素影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準,它們分別是專業(yè)類別、人員數(shù)量關(guān)系因子、工作量因子、機構(gòu)設(shè)置因子、兼職教師。專業(yè)類別關(guān)系到班額和生員比的確定,是影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的因素,是定編的前提；人員數(shù)量關(guān)系因子包括生員比、生師比、學(xué)校規(guī)模、班額、課程類別,這些因素從不同的側(cè)面影響著編制核定,是影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的最主要因素。其中,生員比是中職學(xué)校定編的核心衡量標(biāo)準；工作量因子包括專任教師工作量、教輔人員工作量、行政管理人員工作量和后勤服務(wù)人員工作量。它們與生員比有著直接的關(guān)系,是影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的重要因素：機構(gòu)設(shè)置因子包括內(nèi)設(shè)機構(gòu)和校級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職數(shù),這兩個因素關(guān)系到生員比的大小,是影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的因素。同時,兼職教師承擔(dān)了一部分專任教師工作量,也影響到中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準,是影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校人員編制標(biāo)準的第五類因素。
[Abstract]:The study of the influencing factors of the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools can provide theoretical reference and decision-making advice for the formulation of unified national standards of staffing in accordance with the characteristics of secondary vocational education. The main purpose of this paper is to make a statistical analysis of the factors that may affect the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools and draw the factors that affect the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools. In the course of the research, the article first combs the policy about the establishment standard of the secondary vocational school personnel over the years, and draws the conclusion that the possible influencing factors are the professional category, the curriculum type, the school grade, the regional difference, the school scale, the ratio of students to teachers. Student ratio, class size, teacher workload, internal organization, school level leadership and part-time teachers. Secondly, according to the obtained factors, we make the standard research questionnaire of secondary vocational school personnel, and investigate the administrative departments and some secondary vocational schools about the establishment of secondary vocational school personnel, and analyze the frequency distribution and factor analysis of the obtained data. Variance analysis and independence test and other statistical analysis. Finally, according to the statistical results, this paper discusses whether various factors affect the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools and draws a conclusion. It is found that there are five kinds of factors which affect the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools. They are the professional category, the number of personnel relationship factor, the workload factor, the institution setting factor, and the part-time teacher. The professional category is related to the determination of the class size and the ratio of students to students, which is the factor that affects the staffing standard of the secondary vocational school and the premise of the establishment; the relationship factor of the number of personnel includes the ratio of students to students, the ratio of students to teachers, the size of the school, the class size, and the curriculum category. These factors affect the establishment and approval from different aspects and are the most important factors affecting the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools. Among them, the ratio of students to staff is the core measure standard of secondary vocational schools, and the workload factors include the workload of full-time teachers, the workload of teaching assistants, the workload of administrative staff and the workload of logistics service staff. They have a direct relationship with the student ratio and are important factors affecting the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools: the institutional setting factors include the number of internal institutions and the number of leadership posts at the school level, which are related to the size of the ratio of students to students. Is the influence secondary vocational school staff establishment standard factor. At the same time, part-time teachers bear part of the workload of full-time teachers, but also affect the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools, which is the fifth factor that affects the staffing standards of secondary vocational schools.
