【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)人才結(jié)構(gòu)的需求有了新的變化。大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,是推進(jìn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化、提高城鎮(zhèn)化率的迫切需要。職業(yè)教育的根本任務(wù)是為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)合格的實(shí)用人才,這項(xiàng)根本任務(wù)決定了必須實(shí)施以市場(chǎng)需求和能力提升為導(dǎo)向的教學(xué)過(guò)程,并據(jù)此科學(xué)合理地選擇人才培養(yǎng)模式。然而,高職院校究竟應(yīng)該采取怎樣的校企合作模式才能更好地推動(dòng)自身的發(fā)展,并且能夠?yàn)楫?dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)做出更大的貢獻(xiàn),成為了一個(gè)值得深入研究的課題。 論文首先介紹了研究目的和意義、研究思路及方法、研究?jī)?nèi)容等;其次,闡述校企合作的理論基礎(chǔ)、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析比較國(guó)內(nèi)外校企合作的典型模式;然后,引入湖南城建職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院校企合作的案例進(jìn)行深入研究,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、深度訪談等方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)校企合作中現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題和不足,并進(jìn)行了湖南城建職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)SWOT分析;最后,結(jié)合其校企合作實(shí)際,構(gòu)建了湖南城建校企合作人才培養(yǎng)新模式,并從進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化教學(xué)計(jì)劃制定流程、健全培訓(xùn)制度等方面提出了校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the social demand for talent structure has new changes. Developing vocational education vigorously is the urgent need to promote modernization and increase urbanization rate in our country. The basic task of vocational education is to train qualified and practical talents for enterprises. This basic task determines that the teaching process guided by market demand and ability enhancement must be carried out, and according to this, the scientific and reasonable training mode of talents must be selected. However, what kind of cooperation mode should be adopted by higher vocational colleges in order to better promote their own development, and can make greater contributions to the local economy, has become a subject worthy of further study. The thesis first introduces the purpose and significance of the research, research ideas and methods, research content; secondly, expounds the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation, the current research situation at home and abroad, analyzes and compares the typical models of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad. This paper introduces the case of school-enterprise cooperation in Hunan City Construction Vocational and Technical College to conduct in-depth research. Through questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews and other methods, we find out the existing problems and deficiencies in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Finally, combining with the actual situation of the cooperation between the university and the enterprise, the author constructs a new mode of training the talents of Hunan city construction school and enterprise, and makes the process from the further optimization of the teaching plan, and analyzes the SWOT analysis of the talent training in Hunan City Construction Vocational and Technical College. Perfect training system and other aspects put forward the security measures for the implementation of the cooperative talents training model of schools and enterprises.
