廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作機制研究

【摘要】:大力發(fā)展校企合作是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和高等職業(yè)教育的客觀需要,在國家和地方的高度重視與相關(guān)政策的指引下,廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作蓬勃發(fā)展,但怎樣解決合作中出現(xiàn)的問題,進一步優(yōu)化校企合作機制,正是目前廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作迫切需要研究的問題,也是校企合作能否持續(xù)、有效發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。 為達(dá)到上述研究目的,本文在綜合借鑒國內(nèi)外已有研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,以人力資本理論、交易費用理論、系統(tǒng)論、教育生產(chǎn)相結(jié)合理論為依據(jù),首先對高職院校校企合作機制進行理論分析,然后對廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作運行現(xiàn)狀及歷程進行實證分析,,再對廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作績效進行評價,提出合作中出現(xiàn)的問題并分析成因。在綜合借鑒國外校企合作成功做法的基礎(chǔ)上,最后探討廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作機制優(yōu)化對策。 通過研究主要形成如下結(jié)論:廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院校企合作機制欠缺法律和制度保障,組織功能不健全,企業(yè)參與積極性不高,“雙師”建設(shè)有待加強,機制建設(shè)經(jīng)費不足,政府責(zé)任不完善。究其原因有:缺乏國家和市場化導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)費投入以及專門的法律制度保障;企業(yè),學(xué)校,教師觀念還沒有徹底轉(zhuǎn)變。 基于以上研究結(jié)論,本文主要提出以下對策建議:要完善機制建設(shè)和組織功能機構(gòu)、提高企業(yè)的積極性、建立雙師制度、不斷提高教師科研能力及辦學(xué)水平、要強化政府責(zé)任。這樣才能使校企合作機制更有效的運行,提升校企合作的核心競爭力,保障深層次校企合作的進行。
[Abstract]:It is the objective need of our country's economic development and higher vocational education to vigorously develop the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Under the guidance of the national and local policies, the cooperation between schools and enterprises of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology is booming. However, how to solve the problems in cooperation and further optimize the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises is precisely the urgent need to study the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology at present, and it is also the key problem for the sustainable and effective development of cooperation between schools and enterprises. In order to achieve the above research purpose, this paper is based on the theory of human capital, the theory of transaction cost, the theory of system and the combination of education and production, on the basis of comprehensive reference to the existing research results at home and abroad. First of all, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the cooperation mechanism of colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, then makes an empirical analysis on the current situation and course of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology, and then evaluates the performance of cooperation between schools and enterprises in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology. Put forward the problems in cooperation and analyze the causes. On the basis of synthetically drawing lessons from the successful cooperation of foreign schools and enterprises, this paper finally discusses the countermeasures of optimizing the cooperation mechanism of schools and enterprises in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology. The main conclusions are as follows: the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology lacks legal and institutional protection, the organizational function is not perfect, the enthusiasm for enterprise participation is not high, the construction of "double teachers" needs to be strengthened, and the funds for the construction of the mechanism are insufficient. The responsibility of the government is not perfect. The reasons are as follows: lack of national and market-oriented orientation, investment of funds and special legal system; the concept of enterprises, schools and teachers has not completely changed. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: to perfect the construction of mechanism and organization of functional institutions, to improve the enthusiasm of enterprises, to establish a system of double teachers, to continuously improve teachers' scientific research ability and the level of running schools, and to strengthen the responsibility of the government. In this way, the cooperation mechanism of school and enterprise can be operated more effectively, the core competitiveness of cooperation between school and enterprise can be promoted, and the deep level cooperation between school and enterprise can be ensured.
