【摘要】:現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是當(dāng)今中等職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)施人才培養(yǎng)模式改革的熱門話題,為提高學(xué)徒的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,建設(shè)好兼職教師是改革的重要組成部分。針對(duì)兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問題,提出通過加強(qiáng)兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、多途徑聘請(qǐng)兼職教師、建立科學(xué)的聘任機(jī)制、建立崗位培訓(xùn)制度、建立績(jī)效激勵(lì)機(jī)制、建立考核評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等途徑,保障兼職教師隊(duì)伍能滿足現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)改革的需求。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is a hot topic in the reform of talent training mode in the secondary vocational schools. In order to improve the teaching quality of apprentices, the construction of part-time teachers is an important part of the reform. In view of the problems existing in the construction of part-time teachers, this paper puts forward that through strengthening the construction of part-time teachers, employing part-time teachers through many ways, establishing scientific employment mechanism, establishing post training system, and establishing performance incentive mechanism. The establishment of assessment and evaluation mechanism ensures that the contingent of part-time teachers can meet the needs of modern apprenticeship talent training and reform.
