中職學(xué)生思想道德教育存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:在國家提倡大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的今天,中等職業(yè)教育已實現(xiàn)了歷史性的重大突破,全國中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)量已達1.3萬多所,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在校生人數(shù)已達到2000多萬人。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生是我國未成年人的重要組成部分,是我國未來產(chǎn)業(yè)大軍的重要來源。他們的思想道德狀況如何,直接關(guān)系到我國產(chǎn)業(yè)大軍的整體素質(zhì),關(guān)系到祖國和民族的未來。但由于社會對中等職業(yè)教育還存有偏見,使其在發(fā)展過程中也出現(xiàn)了一些明顯的問題,其中中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想道德教育方面的問題,就是制約中等職業(yè)學(xué)校發(fā)展的重要因素之一。因此,要使中等職業(yè)教育事業(yè)健康發(fā)展,解決當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生思想道德教育問題,就成了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。目前,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在思想道德教育方面存在觀念落后、內(nèi)容陳舊、方法老套、德育師資缺乏、貼近生活的德育活動欠缺等問題。筆者對河南10所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的思想道德教育現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查,深入分析了中職學(xué)校學(xué)生思想道德教育存在的問題及其原因,提出加強和改進中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生思想道德教育的對策。文章從結(jié)構(gòu)上分為四部分:第一部分為緒論,簡單介紹了文章的研究背景、意義、方法、思路及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分,對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生思想道德教育作了概述。第三部分,以河南的10所中職學(xué)校為主,對中職學(xué)生的思想道德狀況進行問卷調(diào)查和個案訪談,找出其存在的問題并深入分析問題的成因。第四部分,就如何加強和改進中職學(xué)校學(xué)生思想道德教育,提出了具體的對策。
[Abstract]:Today, the state advocates vigorously developing vocational education, secondary vocational education has achieved a historic breakthrough, the number of secondary vocational schools has reached more than 13000, and the number of students in secondary vocational schools has reached more than 20 million. Secondary vocational school students are an important part of Chinese minors and an important source of our future industrial army. Their ideological and moral status is directly related to the overall quality of China's industrial army and the future of the motherland and the nation. However, due to the prejudice of society towards secondary vocational education, there are some obvious problems in the process of its development, including the problems of ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools. It is one of the important factors restricting the development of secondary vocational schools. Therefore, it is urgent to make the secondary vocational education develop healthily and solve the problem of the students' ideological and moral education in the secondary vocational school. At present, there are some problems in the ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools, such as backward ideas, outdated contents, old-fashioned methods, lack of teachers of moral education, lack of moral education activities close to life, and so on. The author investigates the present situation of students' ideological and moral education in 10 secondary vocational schools in Henan Province, and analyzes the problems and causes of the students' ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools. The countermeasures to strengthen and improve the students' ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools are put forward. The article is divided into four parts from the structure: the first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the research background, significance, method, train of thought and the domestic and foreign research present situation of the article. The second part, the secondary vocational school students' ideological and moral education is summarized. In the third part, taking 10 secondary vocational schools in Henan province as the main part, questionnaire survey and individual interview are carried out to find out the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems. The fourth part, how to strengthen and improve the secondary vocational school students' ideological and moral education, put forward specific countermeasures.
